Great stay (again)! Highly recommend :)

At first entry to the house, my son says to me, "It looks like those houses that get revealed on HGTV". The house was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, and we felt at home. We were able to cook Thanksgiving and family meals, and there was plenty of room for everyone at the table. Will rent this one again.

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We recently stayed at this charming home for a weekend vacation, and it was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The location is fantastic – close enough to beautiful beaches, restaurants and local grocery stores, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The highlight of the property for me and what I particularly enjoyed was the pool, hot tub and serene backyard, absolutely perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The host was incredibly responsive and and answered any questions I had. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great home, we were pleased he accommodated us on such a short notice. This area had just went through hurricane Milton. We do power line restoration and we were over the man camps they house us in. This was right on time for us, Thanks

Very spacious and has everything you need! I visited Sarasota for a friend’s wedding and having an airbnb nearby the airport was very convenient. Denise and her husband was also very accommodating, and I even appreciated the binder they put together with suggestions on fun things to do around the area. Lastly, check in and check out was very smooth.

This is a great spot if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Sarasota. Everything is modern and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The water pressure in the showers is phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable. Includes a water pitcher in the fridge for filtered drinking water. The only drawback was our unit was facing Fruitville Road so traffic noise was bothersome, but we had the windows open for fresh air so that probably contributed to that. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was quiet and yet within 10 minutes to everything. Perfect studio size for a couple. Had a cute kitchen and full refrigerator to use. Loved how high the shower was. For tall folks, that’s a bonus!! Will stay again our next visit!

It was lovely to wake up looking out at the tree tops, lovely balcony. Apt beside their beautiful house which overlooks the neighborhood park. Charles and Dan were kind and hospitable and their place is close to downtown which has great music in some of the restaurants and bars. Great place to stay, lovely pool and seating area in the garden at apt also. Really enjoyed

This was one of the best place we have ever stayed at. It’s absolutely beautiful!! You feel like you’re in a story book. The details and decor are amazing. Can’t wait to be back.

We stayed for a long weekend for my husbands 60th birthday. Everything about this unit was perfect for our needs. The unit was in walking distance of Lido Key Beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. We will definitely stay again.

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

This condo is beautiful. Very well appointed; everything available at our fingertips that we needed. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool, the views, the beach.. everything A+. We can’t wait to go back again

Loved staying at Cynthia's home. That is exactly what it felt like to me and my family, a home. We had everything we needed, we got to relax by the lake and slept comfortably. Great communication with us by Cynthia on instructions and what to expect. Would definitely look forward to staying here again if in Fort Myers area.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

This was my wife & I’s 2nd time staying with Heidi, but our 3rd visit to Silver Sands! *Heidi was booked the other time* We spoke to her months before our visit and told her we were coming back to the BEST AIR BNB with the BEST Host! She was just excited as we were. Throughout our visit she stayed in contact with us to make sure all was well and we were having a blast! The weather was fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better time. Luckily we dodged Hurricane Helene by just a couple of days, but there is no doubt we’ll be back.

Daniel was an excellent host. Very responsive. We were staying for a soccer tournament, it was an excellent location for IMG, and very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The place was very clean and the condos had very nice pools and a hot tubs. Thanks for the great place and friendly interactions.
