Our entire stay was perfect from beginning to end. Easy to check in and out, had everything we needed, hosts were very friendly and responsive. Location is walking distance to town and the beach. The cleanest home I've ever rented. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a great experience! Rich and Marianne were very accommodating. The place exceeded our expectations and had pretty much everything you could need or want. Would definitely do it again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here two weeks after Hurricane Milton. Deborah was very helpful with communicating the current conditions post hurricane, Manasota Key is a beautiful area that will likely rebuild stronger than ever. Would recommend this location and host.

Jill was an absolute doll! We were in walking distance from everything we wanted to do. The place was nice and secluded! Jill made it seem like we were staying at a relatives house, she was just so wonderful! she even let us have a late check out 😍

As our second time staying here, it truly feels like our home away from home! Well-appointed, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and close to the beach, restaurants and St. Armand’s Circle. Chris is very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond as a host. We will definitely be returning!

Perfection. I read reviews mainly to see the word clean. This place is CLEAN! Immediately felt comfortable and right at home. Every possible need and beyond is waiting for you. Five stars just doesn’t feel like enough. Janine is very responsive even answering most to all questions proactively. Bed was very comfortable. Setting was private with perfect outdoor areas. The pictures make this place look beautiful and it’s even better in person. Travel to this area 3-5 times a year and my only hope is The Lost Loon is available every time. No need to look any further. We have found THE place to stay. We can not wait to return. Will be booking soon! Thank you so very much Janine for sharing this slice of heaven on Earth.

We left another property after two nights, because it wasn’t clean, and we didn’t feel safe. Mariya’s property was such a breath of fresh air, from the moment we walked in! We were so grateful for such an adorable, pristine place. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom towels luxurious and staged like a fancy hotel, and the outside area was so cute and comfortable. This property was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and hospital, yet it was in a quiet, peaceful area. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely book this property again when in the area. Can’t wait to go back someday!

Loved this vintage house! Quiet residential area and short walk to the beach and quick drive to downtown. House clean, comfortable couches/beds and had everything we needed. Good WiFi. Bonus the Nespresso and screened porch! Appreciated the thoughtful notes upon arrival. Will stay here again absolutely when back in the area.

Jackie is a great host and her property is beautiful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was clean and she provided many extra make amenities. We loved how close it was to the beach.

This was our second time staying here and the second time did not disappoint from the first experience. The other way around we were even more impressed. I love the unit. It’s perfectly furnished to accommodate a large group of people. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. It is walking distance to the beach in an amazing location. Last but not least the owner is extremely responsive. My mom left one of her carry-ons there by accident so I contacted the owner and he immediately responded and they shipped it to us straight away. I couldn’t recommend this place more except that I fear it’ll be booked all the time if I recommend it too much. Thank you for everything Steven!

The place accommodated 6 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Had a good time in the outdoor area.

This place was amazing! The ocean is right there, wow! Amazing view. The place was super clean and cozy. The host was very accessible and proactive. This will now be our favorite place to stay in Manasota.

Julie was a wonderful host! Excellent communication and very accommodating. The cottage has that "Old Florida" feel but has great updated amenities. We appreciated the fact that you could park so close to the unit. The free chairs and umbrella were a wonderful surprise (PLEASE tip the beach attendant 😉) We hope to visit again soon!

Dan's place is absolutely amazing! Of all the Air BNB's I've stayed at, this is by far the BEST and I've stayed at a lot of great places. 1) Location is fabulous and right on the water, breathtaking views. 2) His house is beautifully decorated and immaculate. 3) He provides everything you need to enjoy this vacation paradise...bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. 4) Dan is very nice and great with communication. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved Joe's cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of 3 and the location cannot be beat. The front porch swing was my favorite spot!

Great location with the perfect beach house! Property grounds are beautiful and pool is amazing. We loved the upstairs lanai. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and will check in with you to see if you need anything and to make sure everything is perfect during your stay. The beach is quiet and peaceful. The shelling is fun and we saw lots of dolphins and a manatee!

Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived at the apartment, we knew we had made the right choice. The sea view is simply spectacular, a real highlight of our visit. The apartment itself is cozy and very well equipped. The kitchen is complete with everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which was a huge plus. Also, the terrace overlooking the sea became our favorite place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants, and with direct access to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent; he was always available to answer our questions and provided us with helpful recommendations about the area. In short, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We recommend it to anyone looking for a lodging experience with stunning views. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely, exactly as shown in the photos. The view is incredible and we spent many afternoons / evenings watching the world go by from the balcony. Well equipped, having the washer / dryer is a real bonus. Plenty of linens & towels for the 3 of us. Sofa bed was easy to use as well as comfortable. The location is great, as described steps from the famous siesta beach, but also walking distance to siesta village (~0.7miles), which is where all the restaurants are. Easy check in & check out, would highly recommend this rental. Communication was also very responsive and fast.

Very spacious and beautiful home that offers the serenity of a resort location with a beautiful view of the bay and the sun rising in the morning. Easy access to the beach or pool if you prefer to avoid the sand. Cottage on the Keys was very responsive to any questions or inquiries on things to do in the area.
