Beautiful space, but be prepared to walk up four floors! You will get your exercise in, but we thought it was worth it. Wonderful friendly people, right down to the security folks at the parking lot and the gate into the community. The staff were easy to contact when we needed them and answered any questions we had. The sargasso blew in on the last couple of days we were there, and it piled pretty high, eventually making the lounge chairs on the beach unusable. We were a little surprised that there seemed to be no effort to haul away the sargasso when the wind settled down, but maybe they got to it after we left. We would definitely return.

Great location, ocean view, and value!. We had an awesome time and just a quick walk to the beach/restaurants. Ana was easy to communicate with, we’d stay here again!

Nice to stay away from the touristy area but also close enough to walk. Local beach is tranquil and close.

Luis home was just as described. The YouTube check in video was extremely helpful! Clean, quiet place.

Christopher's place is a truly fabulous apartment, situated in a great location near to the entrance to Playa 38 and some fantastic restaurants on Calle 38. It is a block away from Quinta Avenida, so great for access to shopping etc, but remains quiet and calm. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, with high quality linens and furnishings. The provision of a washer and tumble dryer is a brilliant bonus. The bedrooms are more spacious than in the photos - with huge superking beds and air con in every major room. The balcony extends along the living room and master bedroom, complete with comfortable seating and a grill (and the views!). What really makes this Airbnb stand out however is the attention to detail by Christopher and his team - from first communication and throughout our stay. Response times were exceptional and communication so welcoming and proactive. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough for anyone wishing to stay in Playa Del Carmen. FANTASTIC!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

Cristina and staff are wonderful. They were quick to respond and took care of everything. We will definitely return.
