straight forward here, very safe location. big enough for two people. lot of things to do. the drive around town was like 10-20 mins drive, max 30 mins. TV seem small in the picture but in person it was good enough to enjoy a movie. the building was clean and safe with a lock pad at the front door. this is not relative to the apartment. I am visiting Des Moines around November Thanksgiving 2024. The air outside smell from time to time because of the fertilizer the farmer was using. it was bearable

Wonderful place to stay! Great ice cream shop, diner and movie theatre in walking distance. It was a great Drake University weekend!

Great location. Lindsey and Ian were very helpful. Great place to stay. Enjoyed the 2 family rooms!

We loved our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The dogs loved the backyard, I had to bribe them to come inside. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe on our walks. We would definitely stay again and we would highly recommend this home and these hosts.
