I’ve stayed at Ryan’s place once before, but this time I had my family with me. My wife and kids love this place! Everything was clean and spotless and very comfortable beds. We will never stay at a hotel when you got a wonderful place like this, we will be back.

Spacious open floor plan makes for a great friendly environment. The place is bright with all the windows. Having the washer and dry was positive for extended stays. The beds were comfortable

Amazing place, loved the decorations of the condo quiet and safe neighborhood great for families. A pond just outside the window kept my 2 year old entertained watching the geese and ducks. Very warm and cozy and I would definitely stay again.

This was a great and cozy space. It was close to everything we needed. The only slight issue was that it was in a busy downtown neighborhood, which got a little loud late at night on a Saturday. But, fans in the bedroom were provided that gave a white noise cover to much of the excitement outside. That was a decent trade off for the proximity to the things we were in town for. The host was very responsive and the bed was quite comfortable.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

Excellent place and well lit, so easy to find. Best part in my opinion is the fenced back yards so my dog could run around ❤️

Thank you My! We had a great stay at your property. We found everything we needed during our stay. We had a couple of young children with us (less than 2 years old) and my daughter commented that the house was well suited for toddler’s due to the lack of knick-knacks. It also gave the home a very clean and open feel. Thanks again My!

Very close to downtown/East Village. Good price, great wifi, accommodating host that communicated with us very well. Everything was clean, with plenty of AWESOME pillows! Loved the outdoor space in the back

We had a wonderful stay! Anna and Blake were quick to respond and resolve a couple questions! The space was perfect for having a nice meal, complete with a spacious buffet counter. The kids loved the game room upstairs (and the bunk beds!).

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay if ever visiting the Des Moines area. The living space was immaculate and cozy. 10 star rating goes out to the host Angela, her directions for check in and out were easily understood and she was super responsive to any questions I had. Lastly, I would be remissed if I didn't mention the coffee she provided, twas so good; sad I didn't snap a picture of the brand. Thanks again Angela!

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

This place was perfect and presented just as it appeared on Air BnB. We rented it for a few of my real estate agents and I stay at during the Iowa Realtors conference at the Marriott. It was really fun to tour/taste the local restaurants and drinking spots very near to this and eat breakfast right across the street. My husband came up and stayed one night and sent it to all our friends, the price is right and when attending activities, weddings or just an overnight stay - we will be back!!
