I had very nice three weeks, I will probably come back.

Dionne was very friendly and answered any queries we had during our stay, she was also happy to socialise with you if you wished, or leave you alone if that is what you prefer. Quiet residential area, the best way to get to the centre is using the Elizabeth line at romford station (30min from romford station to central London). The place was clean and very comfortable.

My Aunt and Uncle came all the way from America to attend my wedding and Ann was a great host to have. They arrived earlier than expected but Ann was so understandable and able to accommodate their needs despite the inconvenience. she was patient , kind , responsive and very helpful to us in understanding our new location. could not have gone any better without Ann's help .

Apartment was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean. Location was perfect. Had small issue with leaving the keys, Andy replied to my message immediatly even though it was 6am. Would not hesitate to reccomend this property.
