Monthly Rentals in University Place

We had a great stay! Right when we arrived, we were greeted by a family of deer napping in the backyard. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to cook our meals throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Justin was an incredible hots. He was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I feel that Justin went out of his way to be supportive during my stay and way very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice 1 bedroom whether it’s for a weekend or several weeks. It was nice to have all the kitchen basics provided so I could easily cook. Host provides clear and easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and is responsive. There was one issue with accessing the unit but the host worked hard to make it right.

Ester‘s Place is simple and friendly, spacious and clean. It was easy for me to access from the separate entrance downstairs. She provided lots of little extras, like toothpaste and little goodies in the kitchen. Her lovely garden was beautiful in spring time! I was in the area for work and just needed a crash pad, I would definitely stay there again.
