Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in University Place

We enjoyed our stay at the Turtle House! The master bed was comfy, the amenities were plenty and we enjoyed the space overall! The location was a little far from where our activities were, but that was a mistake on me not knowing the area well. If in the south of Seattle, we’d stay again!

The stay was excellent. lots to do with in walking distance. Great restaurants, 2-5 minute walk to Lumen Field & T Mobile park to catch a game. Easy access in and out. The rooftop has super views of Puget Sound & Downtown Seattle with a lot of amenities. Parking is very convenient(across the street in the Hawk Tower). Lastly I would like to add pepke are very friendly in and outside the building. I will definitely book again. Thanks again Liv for the pleasant stay.

The apartment unit had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. Location was private and had a lot shops nearby. Bethany is a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing. The people at the front desk, combined with Lyn’s amazing and efficient hosting was truly fantastic. Comfy bed, full size kitchen, rooftop and gym amenities were ridiculously nice… and this place has one of the best views of Seattle you could imagine …. Best part is, the lounge areas were almost always vacant of other people, probably because it’s cold… but I felt like we had a private rooftop sports bar / fire pit/ sunbathing area all to ourselves!! Simply stunning views of the city…. The VIEWS people!! Just book it . You will not regret it. Thanks Lyn you rock.

My husband and I spent a great couple of days at Ellie’s place. It was clean and comfortable, and easy to find. Assigned parking was very useful. Quiet building and within walking distance to local cafes and restaurants.

The pictures were true to life and the apartment was clean and tidy. The host was attentive and helpful, she ensured my stay was pleasant. There are restaurants close by that are within walking distance. In addition to, a Pilates studio, paved walking/running/cycling trail, and a golf course and driving range. Freeway access is a 5 minute drive and the airport is roughly a 15-20 minute drive. I would highly recommend!

Our stay in SeaTac was very nice. The Airbnb Home was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were very nice and there was a television in each bedroom, plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook for our three day stay as well as extras for coffee and drinks, I highly recommend and would book while visiting in the Seattle area again.

Accommodations were convenient. Xiaoming was friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have known that the bedroom is a loft that is open to the rest of the space. It didn't impact my comfort, as they were very quiet, but I was surprised.

I've stayed at this place a few times already, and always choose it again. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to stay in Mercer Island.

My husband and I weren't able to go on this trip but our 2 friends stayed with Jennifer and had a great time. She was super communicative and helpful!

Great location, no need for a car. Big mall with restaurants and block away. Public trx also one block away to all places north or south. Building management are very nice.

This little spot was just perfect. The view was spectacular- the sunrises perfect( can just get a peek at Mt Rainier) nice people in the community-easy to get to. Liliian was great to work with- very thoughtful and much appreciated! this will be our go to when we visit again. Thank you Lillian

We enjoyed our stay at David’s Airbnb. Alot of rooms and bathrooms, tv’s have alot of options to watch different services. The game room is a cool addition as well as the gym in the garage. Our main take away is there is no fan/vent in the kitchen so if you’re looking to cook during your stay, you’re going to have to open up the slider and possibly the front door to let out the air from cooking. A good amount of cooking utensils, plates, cups. Bathrooms were also stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Beds are comfy, couches are comfy-ish and the bean bags were a hit.

The house is very well equipped & Troy is an excellent host! The neighborhood is very peaceful & Wonderwood Park, with hiking trails & ball fields, is an easy walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool table & spa were family favorites! Thank you! L&J

We really enjoyed our stay in Justin's large cozy home! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and all the beds were super comfortable! My kids loved the huge expansive backyard, and enjoyed the water guns and silly string supplied for them. Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home!

Home was cozy and had so many kitchen items that were very helpful. Host went out of their way to be sure we had what would make our stay wonderful. Appreciate it all and had a lovely stay!

Absolutely beautiful views from this waterfront home. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus Nana to spread out enjoying indoor/outdoor living. Well appointed including fun water toys ie paddle boards and kayaks. My husband commented this home being the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent communication from Mike and Eva. Definitely would stay here again.
