Tamela's place was so nice and very charming. It had a lot of space and the rooms and beds were all comfortable. The deck was the highlight for us as it was so peaceful to sit there and watch the river run by, listen to the birds and just relax. Morning coffee was great on the deck as well! Loved it all and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location - walking distance to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, stores and beach. Additional shopping and restaurants in Downtown Manhattan Beach, as well as the Manhattan Beach Pier are an easy mile walk down the Strand. Bonus to have a 2-car garage. The house was very nice . . . very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck with a nice view of the ocean. We had a small issue at check-in but Charles was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

What a great and convenient place. Our granddaughters live in West Seattle. We could walk to the beach every day. The place had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

We love this place and book as often as our schedules allow. The view is gorgeous and the house is so beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub is a great bonus feature along with the indoor/ outdoor fireplace. The kids love walking down to the water front and 'the rest of us' enjoy the short drive down to the waterfront to shop, eat and visit the seals. The 'rest of us' also appreciate and enjoy the elevator for sure! It makes all of the unloading and loading processes especially easy. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, Mollie for making sure we had everything we needed. You're the best!!!

Holly's place was just as described. We really appreciated how clean everything was and how functional each area was setup. My daughter especially liked the kids room on the top floor. The garage had plenty of towels, cooler, and toys for the beach which the kids absolutely loved. This was definitely one of our favorite places, and we'd absolutely stay here again next time we're visiting this area.

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Angela’s place was fantastic and she communicated very well! The fridge was not working and after messaging Angela, she worked with us to get us moved to the upstairs unit with no extra charge. Both units were clean and we enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay in one of Angela’s units on our next trip to Lake Placid!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Very clean, very much as advertised with lots of room for the family as we prepared for a local wedding. The parking was awesome as well, we had no issue with 3-4 cars as we were allowed to use the driveway and the garage. That was definitely a bonus.

Highly recommend Angela’s stay for anyone staying in Lake Placid. Clean, modern, spacious and perfect location!

Angela’s space is absolutely beautiful! Her attention to detail is second to none. There is everything you could ever want or need in her emasculate, perfect decorated, spacious place. Her kitchen has all you would need to cook, and the long, center table was perfect for our family. Having two bedrooms with two separate bedrooms made things so comfortable and helpful. Her space is centrally located in Lake Placid, so it made it so easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling and shopping. The lake was easily accessible to us, and it was so nice to be able to take advantage of all the water retails that are available in town. Being that her place was in the town of Lake Placid, it was so wonderful to be able to walk around Mirror Lake. I just could say enough about our stay here. Everything was wonderful, and we certainly look forward to coming back. Thank you, Angela ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Pam’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We enjoyed wine on the rooftop, bike rides along the boardwalk, and walks to some great restaurants. Pam was very responsive and all of her instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

What an AMAZING place! Desiree has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. Our contact/host (Shannon) was he best - she communicated with us every step of the way to be sure our stay was seamless. She met us at the place and gave us all the details. Bigger Fish is a dream location but the house itself is set up beautifully - to the crisp clean linens and dreamy beds, the very clean floors bathrooms and well stocked kitchen, lovely decor, and really amazing upper deck - this place has it all. We will be back!!

The location is just few steps away from the beach and surrounded with restaurants. The condo is very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the toys for our 5yr son. The First Watch is the best place for breakfast/brunch/lunch, which is 8 min away.

This was a great location. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had all we needed. We really appreciated the time taken to label the light switches! Very cool! We hadn’t seen that before. Thank you. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is my third time staying at the suites. They are always super helpful and communicative. Great location. Nice and comfy. There were a few things little things that could use a bit of refresh but it wasn’t enough to affect my overall stay or my rating. I live in LA, so this is a great little get away. Will definitely be back. Seeing the dolphins from the deck is always a treat!

Overall, I would recommend staying at Top Floor Water View Oasis. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host team responded quickly and I think did their best to resolve them. Pros: -As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular—we spent a lot of time enjoying the water views from the balcony. -We were in town for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the location was incredibly convenient. If you're attending an event there, this condo is perfect. -Our family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for two nights and found the space comfortable. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and worked well for us since we were out and about most of the time. -Self-check-in was seamless, and building access was easy.

This place is adorable!!! It is obvious a lot of loving attention has been given and it is a stand out for the area, with everyone who walked past commenting on it. The king bed is super nice, the very clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels was awesome. Everything worked and was easy to use (remotes, lights, air, etc…) The porch is fabulous!!!! So nice to sit there and see the ocean!!!! Amazing variety of birds and flower smells. The beach sunrise ♥
