Monthly Rentals in Union Park

I stayed for about 2 months and it was very nice property had a nice kitchen and everything I enjoyed feeding the cats to justin was very nice he recommend me things to do and told me about jobs in the area because I told part of the reason I was staying in Florida to begin with is to see if I want to move there only thing I will say is the listing didn't mention anything about roommates not a huge deal to me since all you share is the kitchen but I thought it was a small apartment all to myself but didn't bother me that much all the roommates where and so is justin

We stayed here for just about 4 days [3 adults, 1 infant, 3 large dogs]. Overall it was a nice experience. Check-in was very easy. The house was very clean upon arrival. Our hosts were very responsive. It had everything we needed. Items of note: - It is about 40 minutes with decent traffic to the Parks, only if you use the toll roads. If you do not use toll roads, it will take you twice as long. It is 27 miles, not 27 minutes. - The AC couldn’t keep up with the heat, so the house often hit 75-77 when we had it set 67-70 at all times. It wouldn’t cool down to our desired temperature until 2-3am, or so.

The studio matched exactly the pictures. Everything was neatly organized and clean, and it was a private studio in a nice residential area. The location did have central AC, but also a private window AC that you could use, if needed, on a hot day. In the surrounding area, there is a small park / lake, at a walking distance, and a shopping mall area about 2 miles away. All in all, a very good place to stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for many reasons. It was fantastic for the conference I was attending as it was only blocks from major highways. This is an amazing studio space for one or two people and the amount of furniture along with amenities is perfectly placed. There was both a desk and coffee table that I was able to do my work on. The television system has all the streaming options ready for you!!! This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe here. There are numerous shops, shopping centers and restaurants nearby as well. Our host checked in with us before arrival and during our stay to make sure everything was going well and to let us know to contact them if we needed anything at all. All check in, television, A/C instructions were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
