This accommodation is first class, spotlessly clean and modern. I would recommend staying here it’s excellent location to explore North Yorkshire. We attended a wedding at Middleton Lodge in Middleton Tyas and were very impressed with the communication from the owners who helped find us taxis etc and information of the area. I will most definitely return

What a lovely little gem Ruth’s place is. Amanda was fantastic, so warm and welcoming even before we arrived, nothing was to much trouble. The space itself is modern yet homely and super comfortable. We stayed to attend the polar express and it wasn’t far at all, a great base for all places to visit. Can’t thank Amanda enough, hoping to be back again and would highly recommend to family and friends x

Lovely Studio Cottage in a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of Kirkby Fleetham. It’s an area I know well and we were up to see family in Leeming Bar for Christmas. Great pub (Black Horse) literally 3 minutes walk from the AirBnB - the food here was amazing.
