Vacation rentals with lake access in Tulum

Great place to spend a vacation in touch with nature. All very nice, the communication was excellent. The hostess is very kind. A really beautiful and incredible place

We spent a week at this wonderful villa! It was big, nicely decorated, and very well stocked. We loved that we were so close to the Junglefish Beach Club and enjoyed two dinners and many cocktails overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean! Mornings were lovely and we enjoyed quiet time on the roof and jacuzzi. We highly recommend Iris and her beautiful villa and would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Our stay here was magical! We are a family of 5, ranging from age 7 - adults and this house was everything we needed. Close enough to Tulum to go to town and the surrounding cenotes but private, peaceful and quiet. Just what us parents needed to relax and feel safe with our kids here. We had a chef come to the house for a dinner and brunch that was Sarah's recommendation and he was AMAZING! The food was outstanding! My kids still talk about the churros :) We also realized we forgot our keys at the house after checking out and Sarah went above and beyond to help us get them back asap before we left Mexico! She and her team were lifesavers! I would HIGHLY recommend this stay!

The Airbnb was so beautiful, in a great location, with a private pool and a cenote in the resort. Everybody was super nice, Luis and Minerva communicated really well and helped us with all our problems. We can definitely recommend this villa for 12 or more persons! :)

Great house and beautiful setting. The lagoon was perfect and offered the most stunning views. Emma and Noa were great hosts, and Claudius was always on-hand to help and so very sweet to our family. Would definitely go back!!

Lovely house with a community vibe and local cenotes and a friendly village in an area that is otherwise quite developed. The house is simple but had everything we need in a convenient but relaxed setting. Downsides are low water pressure for the showers and slightly road noise due to the proximity, but both these are made up for by the general vibe of sitting out on the patio, the gorgeous small cenotes within walking distance (not on maps), the fantastic beach over the road (although decent hike, car better) and easy access to everything. Xalet is a beautiful complex, and is in a great location as your 15 minutes away from the beach clubs and 20 minutes away from downtown tulum. Oscar was great along with the concierge at xalet, who gave us many recommendations and also helped us get extra items in our room when we needed them. Highly recommend staying here, the pool areas, cenote and gym are all very nice! our room was perfect had all the basic needs and was clean. We were also nervous from other reviews about construction noise but we did not hear any all week that we were here. So I was very happy about that.

This is our second year at Xalet and Azuls place was the perfect getaway. Well equipped and in a great location, the development is very safe and well positioned to do everything in Tulum. Azul and his team were very friendly and responsive, we look forward to coming again next year!

We enjoyed staying here. We came here twice. It's good value for money and a spacious appartment. The pool is nice and it's quiet at night. I think the kitchen could use some sharper knifes and a towel for drying dishes but other than that it was perfect for us. Especially the large bed! We could use Netflix and were close to the supermarket and the car rental companies.

Perfect location in a secure complex with a nice pool & gym. The unit was spacious, comfortable, had fast WiFi and an awesome balcony too. I would recommend bringing your own shower supplies, but otherwise it was a great trip. There was a delicious bowl/smoothie bar 0.5 miles away called Matcha Mama I would recommend highly. Oscar was awesome - friendly, helpful & easy to work with.

*Absolutely Amazing* Ideal for this quiet-loving couple. Gorgeous spot right on the beach, direct views and sound of waves from both bedroom and living room. Fabulous design and amenities. Kind, attentive, respectful staff. Easy access down unpaved road. Get quickly to groceries, activities then back to peaceful home base. Terrific restaurants immediately adjacent and easy walk down the beach. Turtle is 2nd floor (stairs) with 1 BR, 1.5 bath. Other 1 BRs on 1st floor. Highly recommend if you like a quiet spot for adventures and/or relaxation

I had an incredible stay at Luis ’s place! The home was exactly as described, and even better in person. It was immaculately clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and the balcony view and Gym made my stay extra special. The location was perfect – not too far from everything, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Communication with Luis was seamless; they were always quick to respond and provided helpful local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Amazing Stay in Tulum – Just a Couple of Small Surprises We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the private pool—while a bit on the cold side, it was still a nice bonus and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. However, there were a couple of small things that didn’t quite match expectations. There was no coffee maker in the unit, which would have been a nice touch for morning routines. Additionally, the advertised 24-hour communal “hot tub” was actually just a regular tub with cold water—so if you’re looking for a true jacuzzi experience, this might not be the right place.
