Condo vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

Very cozy little condo with a nice porch for relaxing. Very clean place and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be returning to this spot next year!

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Absolute Cinema. Best. Vacation. Ever. No Notes

Mike was a great host and very communicative with check in and out instructions. The condo was perfect - perfect location, clean, and Mike has thought of all the extras (ceiling fans, hair dryers, sound machines, beach towels, beach chairs). We will definitely stay again when in Carolina Beach!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.

our family loved staying here! it felt very safe, the space was very clean, the views were amazing! literally the only downside was one of the tubs and one of the sinks were a little clogged, but if that's the worst thing, that's pretty amazing!

Fantastic location with breathtaking balcony views of the ocean. We liked that 3 rooms had access to the balcony and every room has ocean views! Nice pool facilities just a short walk away. Even though we had a few rainy days, we had a great time! The place is HUGE with 3 large bedrooms, plenty of natural light and quick and easy access to the pool and ocean. Highly recommend!!!!

Verya clean and modern space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities were thoughtful, definitely recommend!

Steve’s condo was EXTREMELY clean, maintained and cozy. The view of the ocean here is amazing, it’s about as close to the ocean as you can get! The beach was clean and pretty easy to walk and not nearly as crowded as other places, this condo is also located directly beside the beach access!! Steve as a host was incredible! He was very helpful and informative and wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. We are already thinking about returning to this location for next year’s vacation and if we do, we will certainly book with Steve at this same condo again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jen was fantastic! I had booked last minute and so did another family on a different platform. Jen worked tirelessly to get us a place in the same resort. She made it happen and we had a great time!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Complex had several pools and a jacuzzi, restaurant off the lobby. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend her condo.

Even better than the pictures! Such an awesome place - we are definitely making this our recurring vacation spot! Chris was so responsive and helpful.

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). This place is one of our new favorites spots at the beach. Our family really had a great time. The resort is so nice, and convenient to have beautiful pools, but also be right there on the beach. It was not over crowded as well, and just a really nice experience. We would definitely recommend this place for all.

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Betsy's place. The ocean was right outside of our balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach gave up wonderful shell and smooth stone treasures. We had a great time and definitely will return here again.

The unit is very well stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. It was spotless (the cleanest rental I’ve ever encountered) and beautifully decorated. The balcony provides a great place to sit and enjoy gorgeous ocean views. The property was quiet, with a friendly atmosphere, nice pool, and easy beach access. Mary & Josie are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make this the fantastic place that it is!

This was our 2nd time visiting Topsail Dunes, and Kara and Kim's place did not disappoint. The unit is exactly as pictured, is thoughtfully stocked with most things you need, and is a paradise away from home. There really are beach chairs waiting for you, a beach umbrella and anchor...you don't need to pack all that stuff. There are plenty of dishes, and enough cookware for anything we wanted to whip up. The washer/dryer are a major plus! The view and breeze from this 3rd floor unit are breathtaking. And, you will not ever get tired of the sounds of the waves rolling in. The hosts? Fabulous communication, friendly as can be, really seem to love sharing their place and it shows. I highly recommend this unit and these hosts. Kara and Kim, thank you! We will be back. Also, don't overlook the freedom of scheduling. Some hosts restrict you to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. We were able to do 8 nights and would do it again! Thanks Kara & Kim!

We loved staying at this gem in topsail. my kids especially loved the triple decker bunk beds. Condo was exactly as described, the community amenities are so convenient. The only decisions we had to make each day were if we wanted to hit the beach, pool or playgrounds first.

This place is so beautiful. Located right on the beach, it truly is the perfect location. You can sit and listen to the waves all day. Jennifer was fantastic and gave clear, easy to follow instructions. I would recommend this place to anyone and I plan on coming back.

Celebrated my 1st Mother’s Day here. The home was cute & clean, perfect for a quick getaway. This was our 1st time visiting Topsail beach & we found that the tide gets pretty high around 4pm so we had to clear the beach early in the day. Highly recommend trying the crab legs at Madison’s, they were delicious! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Beautiful pristine breach condo, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think of. There are not enough words to describe the view. Early check in and check out, the hosts were so kind thoughtful and responsive. This is my third summer traveling to SC/NC this was by far the best experience. I not only had a beautiful stay and made beautiful memories I gained a new friends, Denise and family are wonderful. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!
