Beach condo vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

Very cozy little condo with a nice porch for relaxing. Very clean place and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be returning to this spot next year!

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying meals with that stunning view was priceless. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with Antoinette was excellent; she was attentive and kind throughout our stay. The atmosphere truly inspired me to cook and relax, and we created some beautiful memories here. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Mike was a great host and very communicative with check in and out instructions. The condo was perfect - perfect location, clean, and Mike has thought of all the extras (ceiling fans, hair dryers, sound machines, beach towels, beach chairs). We will definitely stay again when in Carolina Beach!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

Jen was fantastic! I had booked last minute and so did another family on a different platform. Jen worked tirelessly to get us a place in the same resort. She made it happen and we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights over Memorial weekend at Shelley’s place It’s perfect for 2 people and maybe a small family for a peaceful family time Unfortunately weather wasn’t the best but advantage of ocean front on 3 rd floor with an excellent view made for it Apartment is tasteful decorated, comfortable, clean and homey, has everything you need including beach attire, easy parking, pool, playground, outside grills Shelley is very friendly and easy approachable, thank you We are very picky eaters and found no great restaurants in a whole Topsell beach area , so I recommend to bring food you like and beverages and enjoy it at her apartment with oceanfront views 😀

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Complex had several pools and a jacuzzi, restaurant off the lobby. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend her condo.

This was our 2nd time visiting Topsail Dunes, and Kara and Kim's place did not disappoint. The unit is exactly as pictured, is thoughtfully stocked with most things you need, and is a paradise away from home. There really are beach chairs waiting for you, a beach umbrella and anchor...you don't need to pack all that stuff. There are plenty of dishes, and enough cookware for anything we wanted to whip up. The washer/dryer are a major plus! The view and breeze from this 3rd floor unit are breathtaking. And, you will not ever get tired of the sounds of the waves rolling in. The hosts? Fabulous communication, friendly as can be, really seem to love sharing their place and it shows. I highly recommend this unit and these hosts. Kara and Kim, thank you! We will be back. Also, don't overlook the freedom of scheduling. Some hosts restrict you to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. We were able to do 8 nights and would do it again! Thanks Kara & Kim!

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). We loved staying at this gem in topsail. my kids especially loved the triple decker bunk beds. Condo was exactly as described, the community amenities are so convenient. The only decisions we had to make each day were if we wanted to hit the beach, pool or playgrounds first.

The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived. Jim and Nora are extremely responsive and provided everything we could possibly need and more. The Condo and location are beautiful and quiet. We’d love to visit again someday. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

The condo is clean and well appointed. It is a moments walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and a small carnival area for kids, yet it is peaceful and quiet.

Wendy and Jeff’s place was great for my parents and I! Most importantly, my dog loved the stay. It was clean & very close to the beach!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Mira-Mar's vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!
