Vacation rentals in Pender County

I’ve stayed around the world with Airbnb, Cuba to Thailand, in a sailboat in southern England. By far the best. If you ever want to consider hosting an Airbnb yourself you need to stay here first. This place is a model on how to run your business. Class act from start to finish. Great job

James and Lisa saved our anniversary vacation! We contacted them through Airbnb, desperate for a rental after arriving and finding our original rental,through another rental company, had flooded. We emailed them late on a Saturday night begging them to have pity on us… and for early access to their townhome after seeing that it wasn’t available until Monday, and they got back to us within five minutes! They secured cleaning crew for the next morning and made sure that we were in by noon on Sunday! We immediately felt at home. The townhome is lovely the golf cart for the week made it so easy to get around and enjoy our stay. We had never stayed on the intercoastal waterway side, but now we are hooked. The sunsets are incredible and the wildlife mesmerizing. It was the perfect spot! James and Lisa are the best hosts we have ever dealt with!!! See you next year! Thanks for all your help! Linda was a fabulous, friendly, and responsive hostess. The house was terrific - clean, modern, spacious, well furnished, right on the beach - absolutely loved the top floor bedroom with private bath, balcony, wetbar, abd desk set-up. Look forward to staying here again.

What a lovely condo in a gorgeous, convenient location. For years, we have spent fall break at Wrightsville Beach, near where I grew up. But we found this place at Surf City, with all the amenities and more, for a much better price. We had a fantastic mini-vacation. Everyone who has raved about the balcony and the view is absolutely correct. We even saw a right whale hunting alongside a pod of dolphins!! In all my many years of living at or visiting the NC coast that sighting was a first. Thank you for sharing your home. Our old doggie loved the place too, though she did stop at the door of the 1st floor unit every time we were climbing back up the stairs. The extra touches like Keurig pods, a good first aid kit, popcorn, great porch furniture, beach towels provided, and filtered water in the fridge show a high level of care for your guests. We hope to be back.

We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and Sue’s place is easily one of our standout favorites. The gorgeous N Topsail Sound is right in the back yard of the house. Kayaks and paddle boards (among other outdoor gear) are for the guests to use and were greatly appreciated by our family! Lots of seating on the large covered back deck made for hours of sunset views. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed (well stocked kitchen, baths, etc.) Beds were also comfortable. Sue was a welcoming host and we highly recommend her home in N Topsail. We will definitely be back.

This is our third time staying at Belle Mare. It is a beautiful condo with amazing views right on the beach! We always see dolphins right from the balcony. Great location and only 40 mins away from Wilmington and Camp lejuene. This visit our son came home from deployment so it was extra special. We stayed for a week. Do not hesitate to book this condo!

I stayed at this home last summer with my family and they could not have loved it more. It was such a great spot that my in laws begged me to book it again for this year's travel. We loved our stay and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy together while in Topsail. Can't wait to book again :)

The hot tub, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen made for a relaxing stay at Lodge Retreat by the Beach. The screened-in porch was a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee, and the location offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
