It was a great location. Host was friendly and helpful. Flexible and allowed us to check in early. Place was clean and exactly as listed. Would stay again!

Our family stayed here for our daughter's wedding. Everything was wonderful, the location was great, the Concorde Espresso Bar was very cool and the employees were wonderful as we walked past them several times for wedding festivities:) If you're getting married at a downtown Wilmington venue this place is perfect!

Missy was an incredible host! She was always responsive to questions quickly and very accommodating. There was absolutely nothing Missy could do to control the thick NC spring pollen that kept us from enjoying her beautiful porches. I will just have to come back to enjoy them! We had a wonderful girls trip to Southport! The accommodations were great, the kitchen is fully equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location is fabulous, and was within walking distance to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. It was a perfect weekend!

The home and yard are beautiful. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The garage is the most organized we have ever seen! No clutter in the home. Close to Carolina Beach area. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You!

Great location and very clean. Was impressed with the amount of space! One bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall great stay!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

This was an excellent rental experience. The house is even better than the photos and our family had a lovely vacation. The pool and the backyard is very private and relaxing. We also rented the golf cart which was a highlight of the trip!

We are frequent AirBnB travelers, and this place was exceptional! Lots of space, super clean, great pool & hottub, LOVED the golf cart - a fantastic was to get around the island! Everything we needed was there from eco-friendly hygiene and cleaning items to every kitchen utensil needed to cook (which we did lots of!). The hosts were SUPER responsive when we had questions. Check out their guide book - lots of great to dos and local eateries! We've already recommended this place to friends and will definitely return if we're in the area. Thanks for a great place for a great week!

This place is just as advertised and is a great place to just walk north all the way up through Freeman Park. It’s under 4 miles there and back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Brandon's place in Wilmington, North Carolina! It was the perfect spring break getaway for our family. The property is truly unique—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and packed with things to do for all ages. Our kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, and they had a blast fishing in the pond. We, along with our dog, enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the gardens every day. The spring flowers were in full bloom and made for some beautiful family photos! The location was ideal—close to all three beaches with Carolina Bach only a short 10-min drive away, and about 20 minutes or so into downtown Wilmington which if you've never been, is such a cute town by the river. It was exactly the kind of break our family needed. Thank you, Brandon, for sharing this special place with us.

This Airbnb was great for us! Very dog friendly, right across from beach access, a nice park across the street, and walking distance to restaurants. We plan to stay here again

This was a very last minute trip and it could not have turned out better. Debi’s place is in the perfect location with the BEST views (I’m a sucker for a sunrise). Even with the weather being cooler than we would have liked we were still able to get some nice sun on the rooftop deck, slipped down to beach for a bit, and took a short drive into downtown Wilmington. The condo is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and fully stocked with anything you’d need and more. Do NOT pass up the opportunity to stay here! Best decision ever.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect girls getaway! It was cozy and had plenty of space! If we could have stayed longer we would have. We were able to walk to a little park that was having a spring festival and the area itself was so quiet and peaceful. Amazing porch view too! Absolutely loved the home and would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing, the screened in deck, washer and dryer, and full kitchen was all we could ask for! Plus it’s in a quiet neighborhood 10/10 would definitely book again.

we had a lovely stay in this beach house. there are a lot of stairs, but the elevator was amazing for suitcases and for a dog that traveled with us that had a bad hip. There was a ton of space to hang out or spend time in your rooms. The balconies were lovely to see the ocean and to get a breeze in the house. The walk to the boardwalk was also a nice thing to do to spend time and overall just a really lovely home to stay in.

We had a wonderful vacation, this condo was in a perfect location, close to everything, clean & comfortable. Check in was easy and quick replies to any messages I sent. This is my 2nd time staying here & will definitely rent this place again if it’s available.

I rented this beautiful house for our wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Such a great place to host a few friends. All of the bedrooms were comfortable but the dock is where we spent most of our time. We even had a pod of dolphins come through! Clean, spacious, and loved having the kayaks and paddle boards to play on. Would definitely recommend this spot and hope to rent it again for our 1 year anniversary:)
