Beach house vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The fenced in yard under the house was a great place to drop off our beach gear at the end of the day. The view of the ocean was incredible and everyone had an amazing time. 5 Stars for the Millers.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great! Very close to the beach. The owner swung by to give us beach towels and she was lovely! Great little spot!

Our 11 guests loved the location, privacy, amenities and the kids especially loved the upstairs game room. The beach entrance was just a few steps away, so nice to see the sunrise / sunset and it was walking distance to the boardwalk. I would definitely go back!

You couldn’t ask for a better little beach trip! Took a couple days to get away and the accommodations were perfect for my dog and I. Private, quiet, beautiful beachfront views and the fenced in area was perfect for my dog. Mikes place was clean, had everything I needed, and very comfortable. Loved it so much I booked a second stay!

We enjoyed our stay at The House of Zen! We were there for spring break and had a relaxing and restful stay. We enjoyed the bikes provided and biked over to the beach most days of our stay. We also played corn-hole and built a fire in the fire pit. The house had everything we needed while we were there. It’s in a great location and neighborhood. The only negative is that it could use a deep cleaning but other than that, it’s a great place.

We had an amazing stay at Shelly’s place! :) I stayed with my boyfriend and another couple and it worked out extremely well. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, with fun decor and details, honestly even more impressive in person than in the pictures. We didn’t end up using the bunk beds for our group, but the space would be perfect for a family as well especially with the large common spaces, dining room table and washer/dryer. It was a great value for the house, much more of a reasonable price than many other places in the area, and it was easy to check in with the keypad code. Location was great, walking distance from the beach and on a quiet street. If we were returning to the area I would not hesitate to book here again, thanks for everything Shelly!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

This was an excellent rental experience. The house is even better than the photos and our family had a lovely vacation. The pool and the backyard is very private and relaxing. We also rented the golf cart which was a highlight of the trip!

We are frequent AirBnB travelers, and this place was exceptional! Lots of space, super clean, great pool & hottub, LOVED the golf cart - a fantastic was to get around the island! Everything we needed was there from eco-friendly hygiene and cleaning items to every kitchen utensil needed to cook (which we did lots of!). The hosts were SUPER responsive when we had questions. Check out their guide book - lots of great to dos and local eateries! We've already recommended this place to friends and will definitely return if we're in the area. We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, the area was serene. We loved being able to hang by the pool and walk to the beach easily. We had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely. They sent all the info we needed prior to so if we needed something we were able to refer back to it. The beach itself is beautiful, food was great at sharkys! We definitely enjoyed the house and area and will be back 😊

Bryan’s place was awesome! It was clean and in a great location. My kids loved the pool. It had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place on the beach with everything you need. Renee’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed comfortably with a family of 6. The views of the ocean are great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. A great location for a family trip if you want to hang out on the beach and cook meals from the house (kitchen is really well stocked). We would definitely stay here again!

The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect! Two families stayed in the home for the weekend and there was plenty of space. It was walking distance to the beach and all CB has to offer. The house was clean and there was plenty of seasoning to cook! Michelle was responsive and proactive in communication. We definitely want to come back.

Couldn’t get a better location. The house was perfect. Didn’t feel like we ever had to leave but nice knowing that things were within 10 mins if we needed anything

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

What can I say about this visit?! We had to cut our visit short because of Tropical Storm Debby but Alex was so responsive and helpful we could not ask for a better host. This is our second year and love the area. House has everything for great beach days including bikes! You do not need to bring anything for the beach. The house is homey and stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels and linens. We will be back.

The location of this home is perfect! Direct access to the beach with no obstruction of beach views. Host had excellent communication with us and we would definitely stay in this home in the future.

Great place to kick back and relax. Will definitely visit again.
