Vacation rentals with a home theater in Tokyo

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

Die Unterkunft war nah an der Bahnstation und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert.

Great location close to train and in a super fun part of Tokyo. Waaaay more space than your average Tokyo apartment which was much needed for our family of 4. The boys loved the apartment with all the games and climbing stuff. The apartment is a little older but still clean. The area is super lovely at night and people do hang out on the street and are a little loud but the noise seemed to stop around 11pm (or we were so tired we just passed out anyway). Great place to check out with your family!!

The property was centrally located to multiple JR and subway lines and was easily walkable to any of the stations in 10 minutes or less. The property was extremely clean and perfect for our party of two couples. Having two toilets makes all the difference. The surrouding community was quiet and residential with small local restaurants and two supermarkets, a 100 yen store, and a laundromat. Multiple conbinis within a 5 minute or less walk. Host was always in communication and always offered great support. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Miyuki"s place was clean and enough space for our small family of three even if our son is already a teenager. She prepared enough supplies and utensils. Bed and linen were comfortable. Internet was fast. Check in and check out had no issues. Best of all, she was always ready to answer questions.

Fairly basic but nice and clean apartment in Sumida City (East Tokyo), x3 large double beds which was suitable for our family of 4. Clean kitchen with amenities you would expect. Also small but nice bath, washer and dryer. Lift up to 10th floor, easy to get in as per instructions. Relatively short walk to Skytree tower and train station. Easy bus connection to Disney and Disney sea at train station. Bit far from other tourist areas like Shibuya

Great spot! Tanaka was incredibly gracious and helpful. Loved the design of the apartment, and it’s in a great location.

Had a wonderful stay in a very clean and quiet neighborhood in Sumida City. A few blocks away from an Ozeki grocery store and across the street from a drink vending machine. Very easy 10 min walk to the JR Kinshicho station and Kikukawa Station with direct lines to Tokyo Station and Asakusa Station. Clean home with enough space for the three of us. The traditional room with tatami mats was very spacious and kitchen has everything you need to cook food. Bathroom/shower was clean with hot water and good water pressure. Thank you again!!!!

Our family loved our stay in Tokyo and the house was perfect for us. In particular, Hideyuki was SUPER SUPER AMAZINGLY helpful, and she was instantly available to help when needed. A truly perfect host. The house is more spacious than our previous experience in Tokyo and, whilst in a residential neighbourhood, was still well situated to get to most interesting or shopping areas of Tokyo within 25 to 60 minutes (on public transport). The local area had lots of kombini and a lovely bakery, and was a short walk to Sumida River, Skytree, and other beautiful areas. Thank you Hideyuki :)

Amazing place, and neighborhood right beside the Y and F lines. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with every detail shiny clean. Yutaro and Rei were very responsive, and helpful (and also gave some good tips like Sailknotz bakery!). Huge, new, nice house. Very quiet, yet steps away from anything you’d want to do. 711 about 30 seconds away.

A really lovely place with friendly and responsive host. Limited kitchen facilities but very functional and spotless. 10 minute walk to Mitaka station and a bit further to Kichijoji. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

El alojamiento me pareció un sitio cómodo, tranquilo e ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Tokio. Muy bien comunicado con el metro de Tokio. Han sido muy atentos y hospitalarios en todo momento, respondiendo rápido a todas nuestras dudas y problemas. Si vuelvo a Tokio me volvería a alojar aquí.

一歳になったばかりの息子を連れて、初めての長期旅で不安でしたが、予約時から、細やかにやり取りしてくださり、とても安心して利用できました。 チェックイン時も立ち会ってくださり、ベビーカーを運ぶのを手伝ってくださり、設備の説明も丁寧にしてくださいました。 赤ちゃん用のベッド、おしり拭きまでご準備いただき、お心遣いありがとうございました。 息子もジブリのぬいぐるみでたくさん遊ばせていただき、とても快適に過ごしていました。 また利用したい素敵な空間でした！ 本当にありがとうございました。

Our favorite stay from our entire trip! The place was very clean and right down the road from the train station! Maybe a 3 minute walk. There’s a wonderful Indian restaurant right next door that my friends and I really enjoyed. There’s also many other restaurants nearby and a Family Mart just a few steps away! The hosts were extremely kind and provided some welcome snacks and chocolates. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent! We only wish we could have stayed here longer! We would love to come back someday ❤️

Great location and host is very accommodating.

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

Wir sind dankbar für die Tage in Kamakura .. auch ein längerer Aufenthalt würde sich dort lohnen! Die Treppen sind tatsächlich eine Schwachstelle, aber kann man in Kauf nehmen.

Great location outside of the surrounding city business. Had easy access to buses and metro train stations!

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!
