Booked this place for a week stay with a group of 5. Check in was quick and easy, the house looks exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. Plenty of space and a walkable distance to local combinis and train station. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely recommend a stay!

This was an amazing property located in a beautiful surrounding . We had a great stay at this place. To top it, the host was super helpful. Very prompt in answering our queries. Staff was so helpful that they even came forward to pick up our luggage. House had everything required. Tokyo being expensive place, size of houses are not big. But this apartment had everything which we need to have a good and relax stay. Thank you again. Appreciate all the help

We had a very comfortable few days at this apartment. It was spotless and clean, and the washing machine was a definite bonus. The street is pretty quiet and it is easy walking distance to both Skytree and Asakusa. We had a little trouble getting the address to come up in maps for taxi drivers, but I learned to just use the Lawson that is next to the apartment for taxis 😁

The pencil house was great for our family of 5. We found the accommodation was very comfortable and clean with plenty of bedroom space for us all. The location was a short stroll to Shinjuku Station which made it easy to head out on day trips without having to navigate transfers between smaller stations. It’s also a quick walk to Meiji Shrine which was beautiful in the mornings. Tracey and Ash responded quickly to all questions and provided items such as a high chair, children’s cups, bowls and toys which made our stay even more comfortable. Kitchen amenities and washing facilities were well stocked. We would definitely recommend this place.

The Kiki was very friendly and helpful with a lot of help prior to departure and fairly responsive to messages.On the day of check-in, due to the cooperation with the itinerary, we arrived at the homestay after dinner, and the Kiki couple greeted us in person at the homestay and explained each detail to us in detail, not only waited for us for a long time, but still brought us to the 24-hour supermarket, which was too nice for a person.In terms of B&B, the cleaning is bright, the equipment, supplies are of good quality, new net business, just like our own home, all 4 of us are very satisfied.Because I've stayed in some B&Bs, what I used was just taking pictures beautiful, used in poor quality, and shabby.But Kiki's house doesn't have this problem at all, it's all of good quality.The bed, pillows were also comfortable and I slept very well.The surrounding area is a little quiet and not afraid of the noise at all, so we all lowered our own volume when we checked in to be afraid of affecting Kiki's operation.The dedicated car space is right in front of the door, and it is very convenient to stay with friends who love the quiet side of Tokyo, self-driving.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

This place is incredable. The host gave very clear instruction for check-in even noticed us that there’s no jams in midnight as we arrived at 1AM. The house is new and super clean, we could not find any dust on the floor or furnitures. It is also nearby the train station with 6-10 mins walk, and we could see the Tokyo Skytree as well. Furthermore, the host is very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this for your stay ☺️
