Vacation rentals with a patio in Tokyo

This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

Great stay in Tokyo! The apartment is a little bit small by European standards, but cozy and well-equipped. The location is perfect — super well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was always responsive and helped me out a few times during my stay. Highly recommend for a convenient Tokyo experience! 🥰

Overall an awesome place to stay! Surrounding were housing estate, quiet and peaceful. If you have an elderly travelling with you, do note of the narrow staircase and one bedroom is upstairs. Will stay again if visiting with big groups! ☺️

Great location, quick walk to the local transport links and convenience stores nearby. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tokyo. Comfy bed and great water pressure on the shower.

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

Every time I go to Tokyo ~ I choose to stay in a hotel, the first time I experienced a local homestay, it really feels like home!The host responded immediately, you can do laundry, you can cook, you can experience the local atmosphere ~ ~ ~ It's really great. I'll stay again👏 next time!

Central location. Clear instructions. Wish there would be one more pot for boiling and a cutting board. A better experience than the same price at a hotel.

The location is good, there is a convenience store There is also a supermarket and a lot of food shops, about 5 minutes walk from the subway station.The bathroom was narrower than I expected.The person who was with us was catching the plane at 5am✈️ the next morning, so the tatami sleeping in the guest room on the first floor was temporarily, and the host said in advance that it was also very well agreed.First day check in also agreed to place luggage early. The host was very friendly, gave me small gifts, and the sweets were delicious ~

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

Place was amazing, the host was very hospitable and everything in the bnb was very clean. Would recommend going here for a nice place.

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

Wanyi's place was the highlight of our trip in terms of it being a beautiful and very comfortable home! In addition, it's close proximity to great attractions, restaurants and just being in a gorgeous part of the city make it an easy recommendation for us. If we get a chance to go back to Tokyo I want to stat at Wanyi's!

Awesome apartment, close to station and walkable to many areas

The property was excellent for our needs. We were at a conference near Chiba for some of the stay, amd visiting Tokyo sights the rest. This property was between the two and was super spacious for our 5 person stay. Everything was very good, clean and tidy, with many spare items such as bin bags, toilet rolls and toiletries. it was 2 minutes walk to excellent convenience stores and other shopping. Communication with the host was so easy and helpful. She answered messages within minutes, and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. All the beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets were important for our group size. The washing machine and drying racks meant we did not need to use the nearby laundromat. All really good, would recommend.

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This apartment is just perfect. It is super well equipped, functional, bright and very spacious! It is a few meters from the Skytree and several stations. Recommended☺️! I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
