We had a wonderful stay at Kentaro-San’s apartment. He is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The heating worked perfectly, and the bedding was fresh and cozy, ensuring a restful stay. Space was comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of space in the wardrobe to store luggages and clothes. Lots of hangers were provided. Washing machine and dryer worked excellently. We also loved exploring the nearby restaurants, which offered great food options. Overall, we would recommend this apartment. Thank you, Kentaro-San!

It was really good responsibility, there so many things free that you can use , storage space , kitchen tea , coffee etc… room also beautiful and quiet , I strongly recommend you to stay here , very close to metro station , 1 stop you can go shinjuku and a few stop you reach to shibuya

This apartment was perfect for us, a group of 4 adults. Convenient and walkable location to Ueno Station or Akasuka area. plenty of 24 convenient stores and cool cafes nearby. Clean and comfortable apartment, it has everything you need. Mr Kentaro was very friendly and always available to help via the app. highly recommended. definitely will return

This place is a gem in between a few different metro and JR stations that offers a quieter part of Tokyo suburbs with still being very connected to the busier parts. Kentaro-san was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, for example storing our luggage for us on the last day. Thank you Kentaro-san for your hospitality!

Masa-san's place felt like home. It had everything we needed (similar to what we used at home). Everything was clean and arranged nicely, Masa-san really thought about his guest's need. We stayed late January so, the weather was a bit cold but the heater in the bedroom, bathroom, and heated bidet in the toilet room was great! His place is also in a nice residential area so, walking around even at night felt safe and fun (the people we met on the streets, stores, and restaurants were all nice and amiable). The neighborhood was pretty too, so taking pictures was fun. Masa-san checked on us frequently, asking if we needed anything. He also helped us a lot finding trains, stops, and even letting us store one big luggage at his place while we go to Kyoto for 3 days and then even dropped us off to Magome station to help catch the one way train to Narita airport. My sisters only experienced good things staying at his place, we hope to come again next year! Thank you so much Masa-san!

The house was lovely! The bed in the upstairs bedroom was expansive enough for my husband and I to comfortably share, and the bathroom and kitchen were pristine. Sipping tea on the porch was lovely. The location is superb, only a few minutes' walk to the Scramble. Overall, 10 out of 10.

This was a perfect location. Very close to the train and shopping. We have visited Komae before so we were already familiar. Our flight was super delayed and our lovely host was very accommodating to make sure we could get into the apartment late. The apartment is adorable and the bath/shower room was big! The hosts were always very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. It fit our needs perfectly. Thank you!!

Such a warm welcome from Sohei! Helpful as he showed around apartment and how appliances and movie projector worked. Loved traditional style and spaciousness. Beds very comfortable with great linens. Soft towels. AC worked great. Washing machine wonderful and laundry soap is included. Clothes dry outside on the line or indoors. Kitchen area great with all necessary dishes, utensils, pots. There was oil, soy sauce, spice, salt, sugar, coffee filters (no coffee or tea included), and soap. All appliances as shown in photos. Everything worked great. Didn’t use, but the screen looked like a great set up for movies. Loved large table with plenty of seating. Very convenient location. 4 minute walk to 7-Eleven. 6 minute walk to Komae train station which also included restaurants, super market, and shopping. Train station is on the Odakyu line which goes directly to Shinjuku station. HIGHLY recommend digital reloadable IC cards, such as Suica, to use on Japan’s vast train/bus network &7-Eleven

It's spacious, so there's no inconvenience even if there are a lot of people. Host is responsive and responsive to needs.

The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The location was also close to Shinjuku, so transportation was convenient. It was nice to have a convenience store right down the road. Even if I contacted you in the chat, it was nice that you responded quickly and responded. If there are several people traveling, I want to visit again.

We absolutely had fantastic time staying at Yong Gun’s place. From we search the place at first we arrived the station, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the communication really easy. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and helped to bring it in our luggage into the property. The space was really clean, beautifully decorated, seems furniture are new, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, we really enjoy stay in Yong Gun’s place. It is easy to explore the area and found plenty of great dining options, supermarket, and shop nearby. I highly recommend this place and really want to go back someday. Thank you so much Yong Gun.
