Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

The spaces are very nice and warm. A very quiet and pleasant place to spend a few days. In the house you will be accompanied by dogs and a very nice cat! You'll find a wide variety of wildlife, constantly reminding you that you're in the middle of nature.

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great apartment! It was very cool to stay here for a couple of days with my parents, there was enough space for everyone and everyone was warm and cozy! I would also like to mention the owner of the apartment - he was always available and ready to help with everything that bothered us. Also when we checked in - we were waiting for a small gift, after the flight and the road it was very pleasant and unexpected! ❤️ If I ever fly to Tivat again, I will definitely remember this apartment and consider checking in. Thanks again and I recommend it to everyone! ✨

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Absolutely stunning view! Very clean. Away from the crowds. Felt like a local and host was responsive. Would definitely stay there again—view of the mountains and bay is out of this world and very beautiful!

Such a great apartment! Everything was absolutely wonderful — cozy, clean, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels, a washing machine, and all the essentials — we didn’t need to buy anything extra. There was enough space for the four of us, and it never felt crowded. The area was very quiet — no noise, no disturbances, and it was the perfect place to relax after our daily adventures. We did our best to leave the apartment as clean as we found it. Thank you so much! We’d definitely love to come back if we get the chance.

This place is approx 5km from town, which means you're not in thick of tourists from cruise ships, but you can easily go to the thick of it if you want to. Excellent host with good advice and communication whenever you need it. Thank you very much for answering our questions and offering your expert guidance.

A rare gem to find! We had an absolutely amazing time in the apartment. It had everything we needed, extra linens and towels, it was incredibly comfortable, cozy sofa, a perfectly arranged living space made us feel right at home. The kitchen was a delight, spacious, well-stocked, and having a dishwasher and oven was a game changer for our dinners. The place was spotless when we arrived, and Ruzanna even let us check in a few hours early. She’s an great host, she even gave us a 7am lift to the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️

We had a fantastic 10 days at Drazin Vrt. The view from the apartment is stunning and we never tired of gazing out over the bay of Kotor. The beach across the road, Bajova Kula is pebbled, like most of those on this side of Kotor, but idyllic. There’s a lovely beach bar which was just opening while we were there. Five mins down the road is the floating Kraken Bar with lovely mussels & underwater stored wine. Perast 10 mins in the other direction was full of restaurants, beautiful buildings & the Lady of the rocks. Kotor is easy to get to and we visited many other places including Durmitor Park, Budva and all of the coastal hamlets. The apartment is really well laid and very comfortable but you will need a car to get around as there isn’t really a concept of pavements. The coast road is busy from sunrise to sunset but was not an issue for us. I can’t recommend this place enough, far enough away from Kotor to barely see the cruise ships but close enough to explore. Stunning!

Wonderful cozy apartment, the photos of which exactly correspond to reality. We spent a whole month in Tivat and realized that we would have to return! This desire is connected, among other things, with the place where we lived!

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

We had a fantastic stay in Dobrota! A big thank you to Nikola for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located near the sea and close to Kotor and Perast. What really made the experience special was Nikola’s constant availability and support throughout the stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to see , all of which helped us make the most of our time in Montenegro. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for everything!

Excellent directions with photos to guide you through the old town to the apartment. There are stairs to navigate with luggage but hand rails and well lit with motion lights. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and cozy right in the heart of old town. So convenient for excellent restaurants and shopping. It is close to the north entrance so easier to transport your luggage when arriving and departing. If you are an early and very light sleeper the surrounding night clubs can be a little noisy at night. Not a problem for us. Would highly recommend a responsive host, beautiful apartment, and outstanding location. Five Stars!
