A true haven of peace, away from the crowds and noise, while being closest to the beaches and attractions of the area. Bubo is an extremely kind, welcoming, and very responsive host by message. The accommodation is secluded in a small mountain, quiet, with only the sounds of nature. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and the garden is perfect! Bubo even had a small pool for our kids so they could cool off. A great place to relax and enjoy the Budva region and the mouths of Kotor.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montenegro. Our host made us feel welcome and the views were amazing though be warned the walk to and from Kotor is quite hilly. We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

This one one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever! The apartment is actually better than the photos (this rarely happens), with spacious interior and stunning views over Kotor Bay! The host was so helpful, communicating with our taxi driver when we arrived, so that we found the place easily! Check in was as easy as walking in and making ourselves at home. We IMMEDIATELY felt at home here. It is a welcoming, small neighbourhood on the mountainside. It is devinely peaceful and away from the bustle and crowds of Old Town Kotor. The hosts had water, juice and wine waiting in the fridge as well as a large tray of fresh fruit on the table, which is such a nice welcome at the end of a travel day. Do not hesitate to book! Very well appointed for long stays! Do know that for these amazing views, you are situated up the mountain, so a car or strong legs and healthy cardio is required. This is well described in the listing however. The hosts make this stay even better!

the location of the house was very close to the beach, there was a nice oven very close for breakfast. It is an ideal house for a family with children. If we come back to the region, we will prefer it.

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

The location was very close to the sea with great views from the balcony. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

We stayed in Montenegro for 7 days, everything was very nice. Apart from the perfection of Milo's house, he is a very nice host in person. He makes all the warnings you need to know and responds to your messages instantly. He waited and greeted us at the house before he even arrived, and even though it was very early in the morning on our way out, he still did not leave us alone and helped us. If we come home, what we see in the photos is a house, the view was super and the house was very clean. Kitchen supplies are enough in the house, the towels you will use in the bathroom are spotlessly clean and smell good. Since we went in the winter, we were worried about the heating, but there is an air conditioner and an electric fireplace in the living room, and a very nice heating heater hanging on the wall in the bedroom. If we come to the bathroom, she has a system that even warms the place you stepped on, in short, Milo has thought of everything for you, it is only for you to vacation comfortably, thank you again for everything ☺️

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at Milos’ place. The Villa is modern, spacious and super clean. It is well resourced and even has a lovely outdoor cooking area also. It is very suitable for families or a large group of friends. The only difficulty we had was booking taxis for a group of 6 so I would recommend hiring a car if considering staying at this villa. Milos is super nice and responsive when we had questions.

Our stay at Valerie was great! Everything was clean at our arrival. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the bbq part downstairs near the pool! The house has the perfect location if you want to have a good balance between visiting and relaxing. The views from the big bedroom and the living room are simply amazing! The hosts were available at any time to answer our questions and gave us a great contact when asked for a private boat tour. Thank you again for this cosy stay ☺️
