Sarajevo is a beautiful and wonderful city. Obviously there is much sadness in its recent history but Sarajevo is so much more than that. So much to see and do and learn about plus a very friendly and welcoming population. We also found our stay to be very affordable and hopefully our spending helps their economy which was much damaged in the wars of the 90’s. Nane’s apartment was a great place to stay, central in the Old Town, near a lot of the museums, places of worship and great restaurants. Also with buses and trams leaving just a few steps along the street it was great to get around from. If you can, try and get out into the countryside. We did a great tour with Funky tours out to Tito’s bunker, to see some of the Olympic sights and relics of the war. Our guide was a teenager during the war so we heard of his experiences first hand. Overall a wonderful visit and great place to stay. Myself, husband son and his wife will remember this trip for a long time. Thank you.

Amina is such a wonderful host. She is very kind and hospitable. We admire her method of hosting as you will really feel that you are at your home away from home. The location was very close to the main attractions in Sarajevo. Will definitely recommend to our friends back home.

Emir and Arijana were amazing hosts. From the communication prior to the booking right up until check-out, they were extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is excellent, it was very clean, comfortable and warm. It had a good-sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, a good kitchen and a reception area as you walk in. It was safe and secure. They have both put a lot of time and effort into the apartment to make it a great choice for anyone coming to Sarajevo.
