Amazing location with stunning panoramic views across the coast. Very private and secluded. Spacious living areas and a nice pool to cool off in. Loved it!

We loved our stay at Marijanas villa! The pool area was so relaxing and the space was very clean and modern. The views were beautiful and the host was responsive and helpful. I would say the only issue is that the Villa is right at the top of a very very steep hill so we had to get taxis every time we went anywhere. However the views from the villas were well worth it. Very relaxing and would 100% stay again. Thank you

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

Veselin's place is perfect! The apartment is right on the water (only a small street in between) and thus you have a wonderful view of the sea, the coast and the mountains. The apartment is large and very well appointed. Particularly beautiful is the direct terrace in front of the door, ideal for breakfast or dinner overlooking the beautiful landscape. We would especially like to mention the incredible hospitality of Veselin and his wife. Veselin has a lot of knowledge about the history of the country and is happy to share it. We were able to learn a lot and received great tips from him. Due to the cordiality of the two, we felt right at home. Staying here is highly recommended!

We loved the beautiful balcony and the view over the bay. We enjoyed it every day! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare any dish. The location of the apartment is very quiet. We were completely undisturbed. Communication was perfect: fast and we got all the information we needed, including about the area and planned activities. We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

We loved staying at Ray’s place. It was in the most beautiful area with stunning views. A perfect base to explore perast and the kotor coast. We highly recommend Moritz Eis for ice cream - delicious!

We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's spacious, quiet & there are fantastic views of Kotor Bay from the balcony. As well as the 3 bedrooms shown in the photos there is a bathroom & a separate loo on the first floor. There is a immersion heater for each bathroom and the shower works well, plenty of hot water. There is a modern TV in the living room. There are lots of guide books and maps which were useful. The house is a short (2 minutes) steep drive off the coast road. It is walkable from the road, about 10 minutes, and we found this useful when going to restaurants or swimming at the bottom of the hill as suggested by other guests. We also found the hourly bus service into Kotor from the coast road useful. Another tip for future guests – we did a boat trip from Kotor & negotiated with the skipper to drop us back at Prcanj. For food we went to 2 local small grocery stores and the fantastic little bakery. We'd recommend restaurant Marija and for cheap food Tavern Baron Gautsch.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

What a lovely little place! nested in Skaljari in a quiet part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but just 5 - 10min walk away. A second floor 2br apartment with a loft bedroom and a separate bathroom, even though the listing only has one bath, so that was a huge plus! easily fits 4 guests if need be. 2 AC units, all utensils etc you could ever need. On the first floor there's another AirBnB and attached to the house is where the host and her lovely mum live. Ljupka was the most amazing host I've had to date on AirBnB! We got to check in early in a pristine clean apartment, she met us at the apartment when we arrived. And right after brought some nice pastries for breakfast. She also offered to come and clean at the apartment during our 4 night stay, it felt like a real hotel. Also gave lots of recommendations for things to do. Complete 10/10 experience, would stay here again.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar.
