Family-friendly vacation rentals in The Villages

Brandon’s place was perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed the lanai. We spent quite a bit of time out there unless the neighbors were in the hot tub right next door. Brandon thought of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It is rare to find so many things in an AirBnb from pots, pans, utensils, to hair dryers in each bathroom plus tv’s in all the rooms. The proximity to all the parks and restaurants for on this community is also a plus. The only slight negative is the closeness in proximity to the other units. If the people renting the next unit over are in their hot tub late, you will hear the full conversation.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in and check out, instructions from the owner were all great. Just one minute south of 192, it was easy to get to the Disney Parks or Universal. It is closer to Disney but we did venture to Universal one day and it was right up I-4. It is just south of Old Town but you couldn't hear anything from there. The place was exactly like the pictures. Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 full on the upper floor and 1/2 on the main floor. Although we didn't use any of it, the kitchen came complete with silverware, dishes, pots and pans. A shower only in one bathroom and a bath/shower in the other. I only had a couple of questions along the way and they were answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Emma and Rene’s place was excellent! We have stayed in many Air BnB’s and this one was a fantastic, family friendly and all around excellent rental. The space was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the play area. We didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect to go to the Hideway Club and easy access to the Celebration area. We had a blast just hanging out at the property and we would highly recommend Emma and Rene’s place for your next stay. Photos were as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will book this rental next time we return to the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

My husband and I love nature so this was absolutely the perfect fit for us. It is magical. Waking up for the sunrise and seeing all the birds/alligators/ beautiful views. This house is also the perfect location- right next to rainbow springs, crystal river, silver springs- where you can rent kayaks and see the beautiful water and manatees! Matt provides kayaks at his house as well which we took advantage of. When we weren’t out, we loved using the amenities of the house- hot tub, grill, dart board. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the house. Matt was also very responsive and gave us great advice on where to eat, where to hike, and what to do. We would come back!

Had a great time here, we did pay for pool and spa heating and unfortunately ran into some issues with the heating for the first couple days of our stay. Maintenance and Rajesh were both in communication and took care of the cost of heating due to the issue and we were still able to enjoy the pool and spa heating the last couple days of our trip. Overall the house was great. We have been really enjoying Windsor Palms and Rajesh’s house was clean and had some extra things to keep the kids entertained. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

My family and I had a great time here. We usually stay at hotels near the theme parks but this time we tried something different and glad we did it was amazing. Next time I’ll go in a warmer time with more time to enjoy the resorts amenities!

The house was clean and inviting, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was great being so close to Disney! The hosts were quick to respond. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

Great place to stay

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

A perfect peaceful escape! The cabin was tucked away in a beautiful, serene spot and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Joanne was kind and easy to reach. We’ll be back!

Exactly as described. Nice, spacious, and clean. Convenient and easy drive to many attractions … everything under 25 minutes. We ate in Disney Springs and Celebration… easy drive. Pool was perfect temperature heated. Nice pool and hot tub… with nice outdoor furniture. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Beautiful location, felt safe, plenty of space and the kids enjoyed the pool

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us. The view was amazing outback. It was peaceful and quiet. Amanda and Trevor were very quick to answer any questions.

We loves the space but didn't realize that we have to pay extra to use the grill.

We had a great time, it is prepared considerately for guests and was close (20 min drive) to disney world where we went every day.

This was a lovely stay I had NO ISSUES what so ever and the host was very welcoming and friendly I’d definitely recommend this stay for anyone
