Good value, easy access to Big C supermarket and lots of coffee and street food places close by if you have a scooter. Lin is a sweetheart and I would definitely stay again, my only objection is sometimes the planes being so close by can be a bit disruptive

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

Perfect place, the kids had a great time. The host is very responsive. Pool is awesome and the gym is fantastic. The apartment is sufficient for a family of 4-5 people.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Jin’s place for a month. Everything was well taken care of, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen was well-equipped, and when we needed a blender, Jin arranged one, making things even more convenient. She also helped us rent a scooty at the best price in town! Jin was responsive and sweet, ensuring we had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies for the month. The water filter and reusable bottles were a great touch, helping us reduce plastic usage. The location is peaceful, about 5-6 km from Old Town, with local shops nearby for groceries. The washing machine was a huge plus, saving us trips to the laundromat. Things to Note: - The cooking area gets hot, so we cooked in the mornings. - Occasionally, there was a weird smell in the kitchen. - The bathroom is small but manageable. - The dining table worked as our workstation, though an extra table in the TV room would help. We will be happy to stay again
