Great air bnb wish we could have stayed longer

After giving so many 5 star review in Thailand this flat have reminded me what really 5 star are: Very friendly and personal communication, helpfulness and responsiveness of the host, beautiful, clean, high quality furnitured and nice and fresh smelling flat with coffee, water, flowers, pictures on the wall and everything that makes you immediately feeling home. I enjoyed also the details like very big, soft and nice smelling towels, nice shower gel and shampoo, and, and, and.. Furthermore the apartment building is fabulous, please have a look on google. I will try to not give so many 5 star reviews anymore as this is not fair towards the flat like this that really earned it!

Responsiveness is quick and friendly. There were no bugs and the bedding was clean. I booked it during the high season and booked it expensive, but I was able to rest comfortably due to the consideration of the landlord. On a cold day, they brought us extra blankets and contacted us at all times to provide convenience.

Charles is a gem. He picked us up at the airport. Gave us the lay of the land. He even has a huge book of recommendations. To say he goes above and beyond for his guests is an understatement. Through Charles we booked all our days trips. Don’t miss a trip to Chiang Rai with Tukta. She is amazing, so kind and a safe driver. Chiang Rai itself is incredible. The Temple Tour with Tom (a former Buddhist Monk) was a once in a lifetime experience. We would have never experienced these temples the same without his insights. Chiang Mia is a beautiful city. Staying at Tom’s place unlocked the city in such a magical way. The location is perfect right in the Old City. Great restaurants and massage are a walk away. Beds are so comfy. Kitchen is stocked.

Like the location, hidden in the brushes , easy access to the cafes, restaurants in 3-5 mins waking distance. Air quality is great. Even with a book store next door. Great to relax in Ching Mai. Beds are comfortable, AC are strong, with enough clear water, we like the house.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our stay at Modern Love Villa was beyond incredible—way better than the pictures. The property itself is breathtaking, with a lush garden that felt like a real forest, especially in the mornings when the mist created the most magical atmosphere. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our group. The breakfast was phenomenal—every morning felt like a special treat. Manager Jeab was incredibly helpful and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. The level of service was truly outstanding, making our experience even more special. This was a completely different kind of stay—peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. We absolutely loved every moment and will cherish the memories we made here. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!
