This cozy little home has everything for a relaxing stay near Valladolid! It’s +/- 150 meters away from the highway but it feels super private at the same time thanks to the surrounding jungle. The patio and pool is what this place makes so special, perfect for an easy afternoon/evening! One small sidenote: animal sounds might wake you up at night but earplugs are provided.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It is spotless and very comfortable. There is plenty of space. The gardens and pool are absolutely delightful and offer complete privacy. Evelin has nice patio furniture to enjoy the garden and pool which isn’t always the case. We didn’t need anything but Evelin made it clear that she was available if we did. The street is short and dead ends right by the house, so it’s quiet. There are numerous restaurants, and little neighborhood grocery stores within easy walking distance. There is also a cenote, the local market and the historical district nearby. The location couldn’t be better. We’ve driven over 4,000 miles from Washington state over three weeks and this is our favorite property we’ve stayed at. My only complaint is that the lock on the front door is challenging to operate. We look forward to returning for another visit!

Great stay! The room is spacious and has everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, mini fridge, coffee maker). Access to the Cenote from 6am to 7am and 5pm and 6pm is a real plus, it's so nice to be alone in this paradise! The breakfast included is very good and hearty. The staff of the entire hacienda is very nice, and the host is very responsive before and during the stay. Of course, the hacienda is a 10min drive from Valladolid, but we know it when booking and it allows very quiet evenings and nights. It was the first stop on our Mexican journey, we loved it!

This is truly one of the best Airbnbs. The thoughtfulness and attention to every detail was amazing, and Mauricio is a wonderful host. We also adored his cat who hangs out in the garden (my son would have let him in to live with us but I didn't let him). We had never been to Valladolid before, and if you are considering multiple locations to use as your home base in the Yucatan, look no further, as this town was so charming and vibrant. Both the Airbnb and the town were well beyond what I expected.
