Amir's home is super clean, comfortable and perfect for a long weekend getaway to the Seattle area. It's located in a residential area about 15-20 minute drive north from downtown Seattle, which made it convenient when we wanted to explore, but also quieter for relaxing evenings. Communication was great and Amir offered some helpful suggestions of favorite local spots to eat and there's a neighborhood pub just across the street that you can hit if desired super conveniently. I appreciated how responsive Amir was and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Gorgeous space, great location. Exceptionally comfy bed. We were there in November but the roof deck was amazing and would be a fantastic place to hang out in the warmer weather.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and Mary was a great host. You really can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance from great restaurants and coffee shops, and an easy drive or bus to other places around the city. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a bit of a last hurrah for our family before one kid headed off to college and the rest back to school. This part of Seattle we’d never explored and it was perfect! Walkable coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Everything else was a short ride away. We hit every museum, park and the zoo! This place was so well located for all the area attractions and really close to downtown too but private, cozy and a rooftop view to die for! Our whole family Loved this place and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Peter was a great host. He communicated early and proactively to ensure our check in was smooth. The place was very clean, and exactly as adverstised. It was very comfortable for our party of 3 (2 in the bedrooms, and 1 on the pull out couch). They neighborhood was great, several coffee shops right up the street, great restaurants within walking distance, and easy access to the #1 line. Overall a great host and a great stay.

Worth the stair climb! Once you enter the unit, be prepared for a somewhat steep flight of steps. The unit has a cozy living room/entertainment area that I doubled as a dining space, since the bar seating is a bit narrow and overlooks the staircase. The gabled roofs give the bedrooms a unique charm, but I can imagine taller folks would struggle with the arrangement. Each room has heating--perfect for the colder months. I was impressed with how cozy it felt once I settled in. This unit is totally worth the price since it's a few blocks away from Capitol Hill nightlife, shopping, good food & coffee. Tri is a good, responsive host. Instructions are clear and had no problems with checking in/out.

Great place, was seeing some shows at the Neptune with friends, and this was a great base place and nice to be able to walk to venue, and have a parking space. Bed was cozy, loved the fire place for reading by as well.

This place worked out perfectly for our stay. They were upfront and honest about every detail of the place and it was immaculately clean! White crisp towels and linens, incredibly soft sheets and a plethora of additional amenities made this an overall wonderful stay. If you have someone with mobility challenges I would recommend looking elsewhere as the stairs were a bit of a hike, but again the hosts were extremely upfront about that aspect of the home. The only thing I think would have improved the stay considering the price would be if they removed their no shoes policy as the stairs felt much more precipitous with just socks on. Despite that I’d still rate this stay 5 stars :)

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were in the area to attend a wedding and we found it convenient to everywhere! Instructions were very thorough and clear. Communication was excellent. Thank you for the great stay!!

Great place to stay for a short visit in the city.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view on the rooftop. Clean and modern modeling. Only 1 minute walk to nearest grocery. Notice it is a 4 story townhouse, we are perfectly fine with it, but there is a lot of stairs to walk. It’s near to the road, we all wore earplugs when sleeping. Overall, it’s a nice and convenient place for trip stays.

We spent 5 days here visiting our son at UW and hosting him and some friends for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a little tight for 7 people, but we made it work! We had a wonderful week and the place was a perfect location for that purpose… close to UW and walkable to Fremont and Wallingford. It’s about a 7-10 minute walk to our favorite pizza place… Lupo on Fremont. Also highly recommend Rock Creek across the street from Lupo. Eileen was very responsive to our questions and requests. She was quick to support us with necessary tools for hosting our Thanksgiving dinner. The apartment was exactly as described. The master bath was expansive and the shower was particularly nice! The bed in the master was super comfortable. The rooftop deck was very pleasant but it was a tad too cold to really enjoy it. All in all we had a great experience in Seattle staying at Eileen’s place.

It was a very good place to spend 10 days at. Clean and convinient。 There is free parking a bit tight but instruction was clear. So not a big issue unless you have a very long truck. I had a pick up for the first couple days and decided to switch to a minivan instead, all worked out good. Safeway store is half mile away. Pizza restaraunt cross the street. It worth the money paid.

Andrew was really accommodating! A large group from my asylum-seeker accompaniment program lost their church-sponsored housing temporarily, and we needed at least 8 bedrooms for 16 people while we waited. Andrew was very responsive, attentive, and the place felt very safe and private.

Our flight was scheduled to get to Seattle earlier than the 4pm check in time. Because no one had booked Michelle's home the day before, she allowed us to check in early. (thank you again!) The home is beautiful, spotless and very comfy. Great kitchen, good beds, larger bathrooms and wonderful appliances. The book with directions was most helpful and explains how everything works. We were within walking distance of our son's home which was great for us. The neighborhood is new and quite lovely. New homes being built. Its quiet and there is parking in back. There were 3 of us staying there and plenty of room for all. Will definitely book again. I love it all.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway. We very much enjoyed Leo's place. Parking was very easy and the location was great. There was plenty of space for everyone and a nice large table for dining with a large group. The welcome gift was a nice surprise as well! The kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking a large meal. Leo was very responsive to any issues we communicated during our stay.

David’s place was wonderful! Location was really great to get around to just about anywhere via public transportation. 5 min walk to the link, 5 minute walk to grocery store. 10-12 minute walk to shops and great restaurants. The house itself was awesome. Beautiful views! Kitchen was great, beds were comfy, showers were good. Office space with a view to do work if needed. The only downside WE had was that my elderly mother in law had some trouble with all the stairs as she has bad knees. We have a 1 year old that we had to create barricades for at the stairways but we were informed well in advance about that. Aside from that, I would definitely book this place again in the future, no questions! Great hosts, super helpful and communication never failed.

We loved being at Amanda's place. We have stayed at 4 places near the UW this fall and Amanda's was our favorite! The access to Burke Gilman was unbeatable--we walked to the UW game, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. I had a last-minute change in my plans and wanted to add a night, and Amanda quickly accommodated the change. All and all a great stay!

Great location! The place was perfect for my family of five visiting for a long weekend. Easy access, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, modern amenities (washer/dryer and clothes steamer were very helpful), private parking and close proximity to bars, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, etc.

This is a bright, functional home -- it worked so well for us. The home is walking distance to several of our favorite haunts from when we all lived in Seattle. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, given that we are all cooks and prefer that to going out to eat. There is even a sheathed, sharp knife (when do you get that at an AirBNB?!). The bright light is a plus in the Seattle gray of autumn. And even with all those windows the home feels surprisingly private. The layout lent itself well to allowing us to be together as a family, while still being able to retreat to a bedroom if need be. The weather was such we didn't use the outdoor roof patio, but we did check it out. Lovely views! The instructions from the host were very clear (which we greatly appreciated) and they were immediately responsive each time we had a question. Yes, Seattle is expensive. But that's part of what's true right now. You'll enjoy this home!

This place was fantastic. Just north of Beacon Hill in a great neighborhood and super easy to find. Very comfortable very modern very stylish and with all the amenities for a great stay. Tommy was a fantastic host who was extremely responsive and kind. We will definitely look for this place when we return to Seattle.
