We had an amazing stay at Rita’s places. It was in a nice area, walkable to a few restaurants and a quick drive to other areas with shops, restaurants and bars. The drive to downtown was about 15 mins or so. Rita was a great host, she kept in touch with us throughout our stay and was very friendly towards us. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Rita!

Mike went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! His home is stunning, impeccably clean, and perfectly located. From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful touches, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mike's place to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

This place was a few minutes from the airport, which is what we were looking for. It was nice and tidy and had some great touches (like leaving waterbottles for us). Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find and use. The bed was comfortable and sheets were nice and clean. Jeffrey was easy to work with and communicated well!

Jay & Nancy were really friendly and responsive! Their place was perfect for what we needed it to be. There are so many restaurants on Alki Beach that are so yummy! Jay provided multiple restaurant recommendations which was nice starting place on where to go.

Debbie’s place was perfect for family to stay nearby for the holidays. Convenient for all of us to meetup for walks in arboretum and to the light rail.

Andrew and James' place was lovely and peaceful. Clean, comfortable, and very well stocked and provisioned. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the bathroom had an abundance of personal items for our use.

Very nice place to base our Seattle stay. A great kitchen to cook own meals, or food places just down the road. Comfortable beds, couch to chill out on, washer and dryer was great. There was plenty of room for our party of 3. Parked the car on the street with ease.

Great suite, very easy to check in, clean. Neighborhood was peaceful and walkable to the bus stop and restaurants. We loved the pamphlets and binders of recommendations - trust Tim’s opinions on his restaurant recs! Tim was also very responsive and flexible which is great for a host. We would stay here again when we visit Seattle in the future!

This place was just like the pictures! Host was very responsive and helpful.The stairs to enter were very tight but overall felt like a very cute n cozy small home and was very clean.10/10 would book again :)

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy and inviting place. It was a perfect place to spend a few days in the Seattle area before picking up my son at UW. Katya communicated throughout the stay and was accommodating with my last minute request for a stay. It is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood (although hilly) and has a few local restaurants that we enjoyed. I definitely plan to return when I am in the area again.

Absolutely beautiful view. The pictures don’t do it justice. Jeremy was a great communicator, space was a little bit smaller than we thought but overall it was a great experience.

Richard is a great host. He sends out messages with all the details and instructions needed to get the most out your stay. The guidebook he provides is very thoughtful. we had a fun time here. highly recommend.

Perfect location with easy walking to many places to shop and eat. Visiting a relative in Tacoma and we were within about a 5 minute walk to their house. Worked out great.

We LOVE the Woodsy Retreat! This is the 3rd time we've stayed there and it's peaceful, quiet location is good for the soul. All of the little touches make this THE BEST Air BNB experience ever. We have already booked next year!

What a gem of an Airbnb! Located just north of Lake Union, this top floor bnb was such a treat to stay in. The home it’s was gorgeous and inviting with its modern design and high ceilings and is so well built that each room is practically sound proof (we had our 5 month old with us and did not have to worry about noise from us or outside waking him). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to be back when visiting town again!

Lovely stay! Thomas met us when we arrived and was very thorough in making sure we were comfortable . The hot tub was a big plus for us. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to not have to worry about our dog. Also… a tip to other travelers who love thrifting… the Mercer island thrift shop is a hidden gem!
