We stayed at Erin and Shawn’s place for New Year’s Eve. The location was perfect as we could easily see the fireworks and drone show at the Space Needle right from their amazing rooftop. That alone was worth the stay. The space itself is great and had plenty of room for our group of 8. It’s on several levels which really helped to spread us out. There are many nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk and also some great coffee shops. A grocery store is 5 minutes away where you can get anything you might need. Overall a great stay in Seattle and would absolutely return.

If you're looking for restful and accommodating in Seattle, this place is it! The neighborhood is easily walkable, and off street parking is a bonus in Seattle. Inside, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean, and the fireplace is so cozy. Thanks for a lovely stay, Mary!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Needed a place with three beds and Keifer's was one of the few that had that plus other typical amenities and was walkable. Bed was comfy, location was great. No complaints.

We had a lovely time spending the weekend with friends. The house is centrally located, 5 mins drive to downtown and restaurants. Highlight was the pool table. The place is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely revisit, the next time I’m in Anacortes.

This was exactly what we needed for our week long stay in Vancouver for an event at the Hilton / Convention center. It was a quick 5 minute drive to and from our event. Everything was so nice. Comfortable furniture, beautiful art work, perfectly clean. Will and Joan were immediately responsive to us. I'd stay again in a heart beat. One of us had trouble sleeping because of the train noise, especially the whistle in the 3am time frame, but I think that's just Vancouver. Ear plugs solved the problem.

Host was responsive and easy to reach. Area was perfect for our needs and our dog. School/park nearby. Unit was clean and ready for us with a welcome light on. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor. Definitely not the place for you if you have mobility issues . It was quiet at night which was a plus and the bed was comfortable .

Really enjoyed staying here. The hosts were very helpful and proactive when an unexpected issue came up. Would stay here again! It is a townhouse, so it would not be a good fit for folks who don't want to walk up and down stairs a lot.

Very nice and affordable. Location is what it is, but what I will say is the ability to get to any of the major medical centers in 5 minutes or less is why we stayed in this location. Host was great house was awesome and served as a nice home base for me and the wife.

Best, Air B&B I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was clean, it had everything that I needed, great location, and a beautiful view. The communication with Ricardo was perfect as well.

The rental was perfect for us. It was a very last minute booking, yet the place was clean and ready. The attention to details really makes this one stand out. We were able to fit our small suv rental in the garage for our stay, and everything was walkable, including the monorail. We did have a slight confusion on which door was the correct unit, so just pay attention to the unit numbers and the directions.

Need to drive to restaurants and stores but plenty of places nearby, short drive. I cook for myself and kitchen was great. He also let me use the outside grill. It was full of propane and right outside kitchen door.

Nice house and great location to downtown of Seattle. Garage is small to fit our mini van. But easy to find the parking spot around

Great simple place, clean & comfy. Quick communication & super easy check in/out. The one nitpick was the showers being a little tepid, even for the first person showering in the morning. Otherwise, had everything we needed with no complaints.

We spent five weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculately clean upon arrival and well-equipped for a long visit. The AC in the master bedroom and the living room was a welcome relief during the hot summer days. Both beds, in the master and guest bedrooms, were comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with many plants and is also highly practical. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a lot of appliances like a rice cooker. We loved the Japanese toilet. The central location made it convenient, with most destinations only 20 minutes away by car. Street parking was easier than we thought, and we generally found a spot within minutes. Trevor and Lizzy were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, modern, relaxed, airy, and clean. A wonderful basecamp in Seattle. We came for the hospital, but this would be an amazing place to stay for any visit to the city. Amanda and Nick were easy to get ahold of, even though we didn't ever need to. Everything was well put together and exactly as described.

Devin’s place was in a great location and exactly as described. We could walk to Central Cinema among other places. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Great Townhouse with fantastic views from the rooftop. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a 3 week stay while relocating for work. The instructions for how to find it and parking were accurate. If your car isn't compact with a tight turning radius, then park on the street (it's a very narrow driveway and can be a challenge getting in and out depending on how people park on the street). Don't leave anything valuable in your car. Close to downtown and easy to get to other parts of town from there. Great Stay. Eva and Sid were great hosts.

Everything was exactly as described—great location in a safe neighborhood. The upper deck offers a great view, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset in Seattle.

We had a great stay. Very walkable neighborhood. Living space on multiple levels so guests must be able to do stairs. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable.
