We had a great time. Dave was accommodating and the house was clean and cozy.

Great cozy place in an extremely convenient neighbourhood. Amir has been extremely responsive host and had shared most of the information proactively. The restaurant deals were quite helpful as well. Kids loved the projector setup and we had a great time there.

We stayed at Erin and Shawn’s place for New Year’s Eve. The location was perfect as we could easily see the fireworks and drone show at the Space Needle right from their amazing rooftop. That alone was worth the stay. The space itself is great and had plenty of room for our group of 8. It’s on several levels which really helped to spread us out. There are many nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk and also some great coffee shops. A grocery store is 5 minutes away where you can get anything you might need. Overall a great stay in Seattle and would absolutely return.

If you manage to snag this house, you’re in for a treat! This place is the absolute best I’ve ever stayed in. The house was spotless and super cozy, and the hosts were the most friendly folks. They were always on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like we were right at home from the moment we stepped inside. That’s a rare feeling, let me tell you! If I ever find myself back in town, I’ll definitely be booking this place again. Trust me, you won’t regret it! So, if you’re looking for a great place to stay, definitely give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Very cozy home. Location was excellent and we walked to the downtown village. We also walked around the lake and it was just a beautiful stay.

Erin was a great host. Very responsive but there were zero issues with the Captain’s Quarters. Very spacious, very clean, great pool table, very comfortable all the way around. Great location and a beautiful view of the marina and the bay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is great! We loved being able to immerse ourselves in the neighborhood vibe. The Will and Joan were incredibly accommodating. The Home itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay!

We had an awesome stay at Andrew’s place. It’s a really cute and unique townhouse in a great neighborhood close to Seattle’s biggest landmarks.

Eileen's townhouse is a gem. Super clean, nicely furnished, well stocked with necessities and more - the comfiest mattresses and best-smelling hand soap, too! Location is great - peaceful residential area but an easy walk to grocery and drug stores and cute eateries, bus stop for E Line to downtown just a couple of blocks away. Eileen was a lovely and responsive host. Overall a fantastic stay.

It was a very good place to spend 10 days at. Clean and convinient。 There is free parking a bit tight but instruction was clear. So not a big issue unless you have a very long truck. I had a pick up for the first couple days and decided to switch to a minivan instead, all worked out good. Safeway store is half mile away. Pizza restaraunt cross the street. It worth the money paid.

Great place to stay at, the place is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s very private due to being the back house.

Nice house and great location to downtown of Seattle. Garage is small to fit our mini van. But easy to find the parking spot around

Our family of 7 stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway. We very much enjoyed Leo's place. Parking was very easy and the location was great. There was plenty of space for everyone and a nice large table for dining with a large group. The welcome gift was a nice surprise as well! The kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking a large meal. Leo was very responsive to any issues we communicated during our stay.

Feng’s house was perfect! It was an excellent location, easy to access, and in a very pretty neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the big open living room and kitchen. It was so easy for our group to hang out together in the space and catch up! We also loved the rooftop, which had a gorgeous view and was so nice, even in January.

Amanda's place is comfortable and well appointed. It is always spotless with plenty of necessary items like shopping bags, dish soap, towels and more. It is easy to park, has a washer/dryer and air conditioning. On our second visit there we have begun to see its convenience. It is walkable to a great supermarket for prepared foods and groceries. A restaurant, pharmacy and coffee shops only a few blocks away. We will always choose this location for our Seattle trips.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities one could need. The coffee station was a standout feature, offering a perfect way to start the day. I also appreciated the small but meaningful touches, like the makeup remover and cotton rounds provided in the bathrooms—such a considerate detail! The attention to detail and care put into this space truly made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here!

Beyond exceeding all the usual expectations, we were mostly in town to get out of the city on all-day gravel bike rides and the central location really set us up ideally for that—as did having access to a garage and laundry. There are three excellent bike shops within a four block radius. And being adjacent to the Seattle University campus meant there were always restaurants still open when we got back to the city later than expected. I foolishly moved to the downtown hotel where I was attending a conference later in the week and very much wished I had just stayed put at 710 14th!!

This place was so clean and had everything we needed to feel at home! It felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! The whole space is almost completely new, and so aesthetically pleasing! Definitely recommend!
