Condo vacation rentals in Tacoma

We loved it here! The space was cozy for me and my mom and convenient to everything. The parking spot in the garage was an awesome amenity. For being in a busy area, the apartment was quiet, peaceful, and safe. We loved walking and running around lake union and would definitely recommend this stay!

Overall, this was a good place to stay and we would again in the future. Inside the building itself felt safe. There are many points of access to ensure that only people meant to be in the building are allowed in. The hot tub was being worked on while we were there so that was a bummer but it should now be working again! The room itself was nice enough, although, the caulking in the bathroom looked bad (it looked like they had mold that they just put clear silicone over...). The food choices nearby were fantastic and it was a short walk or electric scooter ride to most things to do. I recommend staying here if you are somewhat on a budget and want to stay in this area of Seattle. The homeless really aren't a big deal, just keep your wits about you and do your thing. Also, there are a lot of city employees and security folks around that are managing the homeless if they get out of hand so it's a safe enough place to visit...

I stayed here a couple of years ago, so I knew that it was nice, and that the complex is quiet and convenient. I had forgotten, however, just how nice it is to have a quiet reprieve from the pace of things in Bellevue, just a few blocks from the Square. I greatly appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, especially the drip coffee, the kettle, and the coffee and tea selection.

As an avid traveler, I’ve stayed at dozens of properties and I can say with zero hesitation that Debra is the best host that I’ve ever worked with. Thoughtful, accommodating, flexible and more! Her place is outstanding and in a great location and I will absolutely stay there the next time I go to Seattle!

We loved our stay here! 4 of us shared the apartment - we had plenty of space but still felt cozy and comfortable. 2 bathrooms and 3 beds was perfect for us. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable! Beds were comfortable as well! The location was perfect for exploring - very central but still quiet and safe. Everything was clean and neat on arrival. Check in and check out were super easy. All in all had a fantastic stay! Well worth booking if you’re headed to Seattle.

Fantastic location, steps away from the waterfront and Pikes Place Market. There is a new hiking and biking trail under construction right out front! Can’t wait to return. Jeri was a delightful and responsive host.

This is our second time staying in this condo building (different host) because we love this location. The free parking in a secure garage allowed us to walk pretty much everywhere. Ron was very friendly in walking us through the building to ensure we knew where everything was and how to enter and exit. The unit itself is thoughtfully decorated and furnished. We had read the reviews about this being a loud part of town, and the provided white noise machine and earplugs were very thoughtful. We live in a big city so any noise we experienced wasn't unusual to us. We'd definitely stay here again if visiting downtown Seattle.

We sought an Airbnb as a bomb cyclone just went through our area and we were without power for nearly a week! Mike was great at communicating with us about early check-in, directions, and a last minute booking adjustment. We originally booked for 3 days and 2 nights due to not having power and having our young toddler. However our power suddenly came on as we were about to leave, Mike was so amazing with the sudden return of power and allowed us to change our booking to 2 days and 1 night! Most people would have said we were out of luck, so we greatly appreciate his flexibility! His home is absolutely beautiful! We felt so comfortable with the accommodation and the space for our 3 dogs! The incredibly huge backyard was a bonus for us! My husband would probably say being in the hot tub underneath the stars was his favorite though. We would definitely recommend Mike’s location to friends and family! Robert’s place was well kept, cleaned, and tidy. Robert communicated well and was accommodating during my short trip. Will definitely be returning!

I would definitely book again. Very close to Pike Place and the space needle. We didn’t need to rent a car because public transportation was easily accessible and we walked everywhere! We had the windows closed so we didn’t hear the glass pour. I am a heavy sleeper though lol. Loved it here! Also I would like to add that the check in process was not bad at all. I saw a review that someone had trouble, but we did not at all.

Nick was a terrific host. I really enjoyed the studio and it was super convenient and 3 blocks from my son's studio. He was super responsive and really thought of everything. I would strongly recommend this studio and will stay here again if I get the chance.

This home is amazing and I will stay here again. The view is gorgeous and the location makes it so easy to get around. My bed was super comfortable and I loved waking up well rested to see the view. The home is clean, spacious, and the hosts thought of every detail. The hosts communicate well and respond quickly. My daughter stayed with me and while I was working, she was able to easily get around the city. My stay was relaxing and the house was one of the best highlights. I was able to relax and enjoy my visit. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This place is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very cute decoration, cozy space and very comfortable bed. Queen Anne center was very walkable from here and Kerry Park was just up the road. Amazing location for a long weekend in Seattle. Wish I could have stayed longer! Jill was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

In the heart of Seattle Belltown, Allen's airbnb was really conveniently located, it was perfect for our overnight weekend getaway. The Crocodile was the venue and it was only 2min walk away, walking score is high. Allen's responsive and the greeter who meets you on site when you check in is friendly.

It is a convenient location and very clean. The immediate area (condo residents) were louder than expected. A lot of kids. It did not bother us as we were on a work trip but would not be happy if I was trying to relax. There was no spare coffee pods that we found. We had to go out and buy some. Her place was very clean and comfortable bed.

Super nice little apartment! We are from Arkansas and big cities scare us, this place was so secure made us feel super safe. Super clean and had everything!

This place was just as described, great location for walking around. The place was very clean and had very clear directions we were able to drive straight there. We met Toni and she walked us in and showed us all the things :) Told us about the pizza place right down stairs and to the left. It was amazing.

I would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle. Raymond was a great host. He went above and beyond for me. He is super friendly and polite. I had some travel delays but he was flexible and communicative. The location is super ideal. I never had to take the bus. I had everything within walking distance. The Space Needle and Pike Place Market is about a 10-20 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Everyone always recommends to try the sushi in Seattle and luckily there were many options to choose from close to me. The amenities were amazing. You get secure garage parking, a dryer and washer, shower and bathtub, and a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dish washer. The condo also has a gym and a pool as well. Very safe building too.

We stayed from Thursday - Saturday for a concert. Everything from the location to the condo itself was amazing. We had 2 teens and a younger child with us and felt safe walking to and from the place. We walked to/from the Aquarium, Pikes Place and Climate Pledge arena. We loved the security of the building and the parking so we didn't have to worry about parking a big truck in Downtown Seattle. Our truck is about as tall as you can get into the parking garage, 6"8' (kissed the top of the height indicator on the garage when we pulled in), so that was a little tricky, but we made it work. She also informed us the noise at the location and provides ear plugs which we did end up using on Friday night. Gayle is super communicative and the host that checked us in gave us all the info and quirks we needed. Overall this was the perfect location for our needs and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything you need. It’s very near wine tasting and also a shopping center with lots of options like HomeGoods and Ulta that I came across when needing to buy a toothbrush. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. Very nice thoughtfully appointed rental, highly recommend!
