Monthly Rentals in Sutton

We had a great 2 month stay with Chris and Loi while we were waiting for our new build house to be completed. They are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating, responding immediately to any messages, and always offering help with anything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet, convenient location, within easy walking distance to shops and the train station. Having parking available on the drive was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend their place.

Jonathan's annex provided us with the perfect stay. Communication was quick and easy. The location is private and peaceful. It was easy to find, has it's own parking and check in was simple. There was nothing difficult about it. The annex itself was immaculate, finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. It was kitted out with everything that we could have needed and extras that we didn't expect but were a thoughtful touch. I would recommend Jonathan's place and we will look forward to returning.

The location is perfect, close to North Cheam and Sutton. You can take bus #93 to Morden station and then the Northern Line to Central London in about 50 minutes, or take the train from Worcester Park station to Waterloo station in 30 minutes. The area is safe, and supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. You also have your own electric heater in your room if needed. Mary is super friendly and a great host. Two thumbs up.
