Very clean and cosy apartment. Not too far to the city by car and a nice beach nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice little oasis in the town just over the causeway from Key West. very clean Judy was incredibly responsive to every single question. Very comfortable beds. Pool is nice too. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool for morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

I just finished a 5 week stay at Michael’s place and have nothing but good things to say about the property. I loved the location because it is close to the ocean and is great for those who love to bike and walk. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for preparing meals. I worked from the property and never had any issue with Wi-Fi. The heated pool is a big bonus. I hope to stay again.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

Magen’s place is perfectly situated on Duval Street so that everything in Old Key West is walkable. She was very kind and responsive to the questions that I had with booking and check-in. Having a parking space with the reservation is an awesome perk. This was our first trip to Key West and this location could not have been better. We also enjoyed the pool a number of times to just relax. We look forward to staying at Magen’s place again and highly recommend it.

We loved this place, plenty of room for a family of 5. Great areas to hang out on patio, on balconies and within the unit with family. Danielle is very responsive and easy to contact! we had other guests that were there below us and you would have never known, you can't hear them and using the shared space wasn't uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and local groceries very close by along with restaurants. We would recommend this to others and stay here again!

Location, location, location! We couldn’t be more pleased with the walkability to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had a few more upgrades than expected so that was nice! We had a comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels! The door locks need a little attention but otherwise we felt safe and at home! Looking forward to another visit soon!

This was a fantastic location with a great pizzeria nearby as well as a fabulous French pastry and coffee cafe. This location is very near to nearby downtown and residence was cozy and provided all the comforts. We highly recommend!

Clean and wonderful amenities

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck, kitchen, dining, living room. Quality Wi-Fi, great TV selections, just 20 min from the Key West. Property is very well kept and clean. Great restaurant just around the corner. Board with suggested points of interest and location restaurants. Pool is very clean and is a great amenity. Corn hole made an excellent family time in the evening. Mitch is awesome host with almost immediate response to all our questions. Overall we’ll be staying in this property again.

Our home was in a good location and quiet. We could walk to good dinner locations and the pool was lovely. There is a free on-demand bus outside the gate if you need to use it. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor places to relax too.

Everything was as described. Nice clean and up to date home. Great location. Close to lots of restaurants.

I stayed at the Truman Annex last year for the boat races and loved the location. I decided to rent from Wally this year due to his condo was more open and also had a 2nd bath! He was very responsive when I texted him, the house was very clean and everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

Duval Square is a perfect location for all the cliche Key West Activities! The property was perfect, clean, and updated! Very responsive and accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

The condo is just like the pictures and the views shown are from the deck. We had an unbelievable time here during our family vacation. We were far enough from the craziness of downtown Key West but close enough for a quick Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites, shop, or enjoy restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need, just bring your personal stuff, place a delivery grocery order from Winn Dixie and we were set for the week. The condo is part of a resort so you get all those amenities along with the more private condo only pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking around the marina and looking at the large boats along with enjoying the tranquility of the views of just water from the deck. Carri was the best host I’ve had the opportunity to deal with. Extremely responsive and helpful at every turn. We will absolutely be back and will base our timing around staying at Carri’s place again.

This was our 3 trip in a row to Key West. This was the best place we've stayed at so far. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen. We went with a another couple and only having 1 shower wasn't an issue for us. We worked it out easily and there is a powder on the pouch. The porch was awesome as we sat out there every night and watched the people from above. Great location centrally located on Duval St.

I had stayed at a different condo in the same complex two years ago. Since that unit had been taken off the market, I looked for other options and am glad that I found Eric’s place! It was squeaky clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we brought our own breakfast and were away for the rest of the day, taking in the sights. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after being out on the town. The location is away from Old Town, but a 20-30 minute bike ride or Uber away.

We had a great time in Key West. The condo had everything we needed and as outlined. Additionally Working with Scotty and Danielle was super easy. I really appreciated their responsiveness

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.
