Monthly Rentals in Sunnyvale

The studio is lovely and very well-functioning. My expectations were not very high before checking in, as the studio in the pictures appeared small and somewhat outdated. However, the actual condition exceeded my expectations significantly. It has everything you need for a short stay, the kitchen is well equipped, and the shower is very comfortable. There is a lovely back yard outside of the studio, and the studio's location is very convenient as well. I would recommend to friends for anyone looking for a short stay in Bay area!

The studio was easy to access, private, and convenient. Charlie was friendly, proactive, and responsive to any questions/needs that I had. Great place to stay for a short trip to the area. Would recommend to friends/family.

Whenever I head to Sunnyvale I check to see if this lovely place is available. It is just as nice now as the first time I stayed there a few years ago. I love everything about it -- it is all I need during my stay. Mali is awesome! I can't wait for my next visit.

I stayed at Doug’s place for about a month, and it was a hassle-free experience. Doug is very friendly and always quick to respond, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect - walkable to Cupertino Main Street, where you can find quite a lot restaurants, coffee and tea shop, and it’s also in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would recommend!
