Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house itself is consistently spotless—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s clear Sherry takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the master bedroom for a month. Sunny is a very friendly and responsive host. He provided clear check-in instructions, and went through lengths to get an extra bedroom available for me on the date I requested. The house is almost next to Hwy 280 but insulation is excellent and I can't hear the road noise at all when the windows are closed. It took me some time to find the place the first time as the house entrance isn't located right on the street and I had to go through a private driveway to access. Once I found it, parking was easy as there is a parking spot reserved for the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the on-site laundry is very convenient.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It's large and private and spotlessly clean. Hosts is very attentive and the place is nice! The only challenge I faced was Internet connection was dropping in between. Rest all is good.

I enjoyed my stay at Yong's place. Great place for big groups. Living room space is right next to the kitchen, so it's not too spacious, but it was a cozy place. Plenty of parking inside driveway and out on the streets. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to 10-12 people group sizes.

Wonderfully decorated home in the heart of Palo Alto, Beverly was easy to work with and the home was well equipped and clean. Appreciate and recommend this unit to anyone else who is looking for a place in Palo Alto!

I had a wonderful stay at Jaya's place. She is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view—exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was clean and well-kept, and Jaya made sure I felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

Lu was very responsive. She has a massage chair she lets guests you (I didn't get the chance to, too busy but it's there). She also has a nice patio where you can sit and read or have a cup of tea or coffee if you have the time. The carpet was nice and soft and the bed was comfortable. Lu was very friendly too.

Akki is a great host, stayed for ~2 months and did not have any issue. Akki is very responsive. The location is great and the community is very nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in San Jose.

I had a great stay at Jackie and Deja’s place. The shared space was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs I had during my stay. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Jackie and Deja were both attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, affordable and friendly place to stay.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍
