We had an amazing stay at this property during our fall break! The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Leavetown was an amazing host and fantastic to work with, super responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

My three teenagers and I had such a wonderful stay over our fall break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the soft cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards that were available for use. Having the golf cart pickup as an option was nice, but we ended up just walking to the pool and beach most of the time. Sunsets were incredible. Tonya was super responsive to my concerns about weather, and she gave recommendations for what to do on our final day waiting on a late flight home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We had a blast during our stay! Great location: distance to restaurants, beach, supermarket, etc. The golf cart was perfect for driving around the complex and to the beach. Very responsive host! Beautiful space- exactly as pictured! Thank you!

Jodey’s peaceful oasis is somewhere we will definitely stay at in the future. Celebrating my birthday and the New Year in PCB was very special. “Sights to be Scene” had every amenity that I wanted. A hugh master bathroom with an open concept. A sauna, an outdoor and a heated pool; which was definitely necessary because our stay was a cold weather one. If you don’t mind sharing the common area with another group; the pool and grill area, then this place is perfect for you.

Sherrie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and restaurants near by. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Sherrie and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Stay was really good, peaceful, very private and lots of fun for kids. We were four families including 6 kids and everything was as expected. Kids and grown ups enjoyed the heated private pool. Will definitely recommend if planning vacation in big group.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

Our entire stay was wonderful. Bryndee was super nice, very informative and the house was more than accommodating. This was a very special trip and we truly enjoyed every bit of it.

My family truly enjoyed staying here. It was spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of one another, with a total of 15 people. I've stayed in a lot of Air BnBs and often times have found myself to be underwhelmed by the place compared to the photos. This was not the case. It was a advertised. Any issues that we came across, Michelle and her team were quick to address. It was a cooler time of the year, by Florida's standards, but still plenty to do. I'd definitely go back and visit this property again.

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Richard was a great host! Quick at responding and very informative. The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, lots of towels, kitchenware, extra pillows/linens/blankets. Fully loaded with beach essentials/toys. Golf cart was a huge plus for us getting to and from the beach. Absolutely loved this home! I’d stay here again for sure.

Best vacation spot! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were the best hosts ever they were understanding ,helpful,friendly and responsive. I would definitely plan another trip here. The property felt like a vacation inside a vacation!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Comfortable and clean first floor Villa on Stewart Lake in Seascape Resort. Perfect location for the music festivals held there since it's right by the venue. One bedroom with King bed and a Murphy bed in the large living room. There are barstools at the bar but no separate dining table which worked fine for us. Enjoyed coffee on the screen porch while watching the ducks parade by. Right across the parking lot from the pool and easy walk to the beach on a bridge across the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
