Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sunnyside

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Carmen. The place was clean, cozy and well decorated! Great communication as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Seaside Retreat was a 5++ star experience! We were already looking at calendars for when we could return before we left! Tracie has thought of everything! I work in the hospitality industry and travel quite a bit - this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented! The kitchen and dining area are huge and the kitchen is well supplied. The backyard includes a screened porch (w/tv) attached to a covered porch - both with tons of seating. All of that overlooks a perfectly sized pool (we had it heated for our New Year’s stay and it was PERFECT!). Tracie’s house has tons of pool & beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to haul it all the one block (6 min walk) to the ocean. Sunnyside Beach is a stretch of beach with no houses or hotels on the beach - which means it’s not crowded at all. Tracie is very available and made sure all was well upon arrival and was more than willing to help us find anything in the house or in town. Thank you, Tracie!

My daughter, 4 grandchildren and I had a wonderful time in this home. It is in a beautiful location and furnished with everything we needed. We didn’t have any problems and enjoyed all the amenities of the home, especially the hot tub (it was too cold to swim at the beach). We enjoyed the treats and coffee that Lizeth provided as well as the fully stocked kitchen. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely want to stay again. Thanks to Lizeth for being a terrific host.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Paul and Janet were excellent hosts making our Christmas trip relaxing. Nestled into a neighborhood, their home is within a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and away from all the big high rise condos. Our pup felt right at home—especially in the backyard. Unlike other rentals, Paul and Janet went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable—early check in, Christmas tree, Christmas decor, kitchen essentials, and lots of extras (extra paper towels, hand soaps, extra toilet paper, fans, sound machines, batteries, dog bowls, etc.). To access the third bedroom with bunk beds, you enter through the second bedroom. Paul was very responsive and communicative. He and Janet truly made our Christmas special. We would stay again.

LOVED the porch and the table/chairs as it provided a great area to hang outside. The location was VERY close to the beach. Mark is very responsive and helpful. It is only two car parking so be sure to plan ahead. However, Mark was able to work something out since we did have one extra car. The bunkhouse is indeed twin beds!! This was perfect for our family/friend fishing trip. 7 adults / 1 little kids (3yrs). Also, note the beach chairs/umbrella are nearing the end-of-life, we did bring our own, my personal chair ripped this trip as well! SMH. We are planning on an annual trip and this may just be the place!

Having the 2 houses on one property was amazing, enough room for all of us to spread out but just the right amenities to bring us all together! The fire place was amazing in the cool nights, along with the heated pool! The game room was a hit for the kiddos and adults too. It truly Felt like home away from home! All of the appliances worked great, had plenty of pots/pans and everything else you may need to cook. Being able to sit on the Balcony and see the beautiful beaches of Destin was nice! Plenty of parking space available! The host is very responsive, we had an issue with the pool heat and within 30 minutes someone was at the door to fix the issue, even though it was nearing 8pm! We bbq’d a couple nights utilizing the awesome outdoor bar area! Our family would love to stay here again on our future visits to Destin!

The host were very accommodating for us to bring our furry friends with us. We timed the walk to the beach and just as the description says it was 7 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. Beach access has parking as well if you would rather drive. We had a good time. 😀

Clay was a great host, was very responsive with any questions. Even reached out with the potential tropical storm to keep us updated, we weren't even aware of the storm before that. Planning to come back again next year!

Absolutely beautiful! My family and I loved staying here. It may not be right on the beach but the pool more than makes up for that. The beach is walkable or a very quick drive. Will be back next year, for sure.

John’s place was perfect for our quick trip. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Our condo was clean and stocked with enough essentials for a family of 4. The building and amenities were clean. It was nice to see staff onsite taking care of the property grounds. Also, really appreciated the fast elevators!

Great location and cozy atmosphere. Everything you need is either down in the village or a short drive away. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a weekend getaway.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen making for easy meal prep. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop was delicious!

The condo was well equipped and in a great location. The parking garage was great to have. My husband and I were very comfortable here.

This location more than served its purpose for my fishing trip. It was near a boat ramp and I liked the isolated nature of the cabin. I really only had a few issues with the place: -the pull out couch is almost unusable and very uncomfortable. -you have to share some amentities with the other cabins, the grill is one example. This was not an issue for us because the neighbors were very friendly and not on our schedule. Overall, this spot was great and would recommend for trips like mine with just a few adults that need a place to sleep. I would definitely come back.

If you are thinking of a quiet private cabin just for 2 person- I recommend this is it! Plus side- beautiful pond behind it and horses around it. Ahhh, Heaven!

Yana was very responsive and flexible. She allowed us to check in a little early with no issues. The place itself was amazing. Beautifully decorated home with equally beautiful views. There was also plenty to do at the location, from games to books. Internet worked great, place was clean, and all of the furniture was comfortable. Highly recommended spot for a little getaway without having to go into the middle of nowhere.

The place felt like a warm hug after a busy lead up to Christmas. It was perfectly situated in the forest. I enjoyed the time to decompress and relax and loved that it allowed dogs! I loved the open layout and the views out the window - watching the robins eat the red berries in the trees outside was very entertaining. Everything smelled fresh and clean and I couldn’t complain about anything.

the place was just as described if you like a cabin in the woods with few neighbors this is the place! Janet was a great host with very attractive and polite! she took care of all the issues we had! Thank you Janet!

What kind & accommodating hosts, very family friendly just great people 😋 Such a quiet peaceful cabin & if you like Horses you will love staying here, I highly recommend this little getaway in beautiful nature
