Monthly Rentals in Stowe

we loved our stay at The Long Barn, the peace and quiet was just what the two of us (and dog!) needed. It’s a lovely spot, easy to find but private despite being on a farm. Spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped: I would recommend it to anyone and the entries in the visitor’s book agree! Lovely friendly hosts too.

We had a wonderful stay at No.2 Dutch Barn yet again. It’s our third time and it never disappoints. Beautiful open plan 1st floor with the kitchen and living area with fantastic views. Three good size bedrooms downstairs. It was clean, tidy, with a well thought out layout and had everything we needed. We didn’t venture out so can’t comment much about the area but the apartment itself is amazing and a great size for the five of us. Also had a very tasty Indian takeaway just down the road. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Our 2nd stay and once again, perfect. The apartment is at the top of a small staircase and was excellent, a good location, town centre, easy walking distance for all shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities. Parking off-site but free, which (these days) is a bonus. Excellent useable kitchen facility with everything one needs for home dining. Lounge a good size, warm & easy to use heating, tv, appliances etc. Good cupboard space for personal use. We will definitely be returning.

The cottage was just as described. Lots of very pretty mugs, which means that we didn’t have to wash one lot before we could have another drink. My only comment, definitely not a criticism, there is only one wooden knob on the wall, otherwise nowhere to put clothes, in the double bedroom at the back. Lots of hot water for showers. A small bottle of milk and tea/coffee for a drink when we first arrived.
