Large living room, bedroom with two large beds and a kitchen very well stocked with utensils, cutlery and crockery and all usual white goods. Danielle had left us a welcome pack with wine and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The lounge was very comfortably furnished and decorated in an unusual rustic and homely style. Easy parking and surrounded by beautiful countryside. We only used it as a base for a family function so didn’t visit any of the local facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Very relaxing, peaceful and warm & cosy. Had everything I needed including a top notch wet room which was ideal. Unfortunately hurricane Bert decided to pay us a visit which meant walking was not possible but as everyone knows you can’t control the weather. There were a number of pubs nearby which looked very inviting, especially liked the look and the name of The Dog House, what a great name for a pub! I was greeted by Catherine who kindly opened the gate for me. It met my needs which were primarily a break from away from home where I could relax and write poetry. Highly recommend. As I have serious back problems the mattress was too soft - this is only my opinion as I need a very firm bed. Apart from that everything else was exactly as I had expected. A beautifully designed and decorated property. Left feeling chilled and relaxed. A great place for a weekend away. Who can ask for anything more. Thank you for giving me the final instructions as my sat nav was not very accurate!

We had an absolutely great time staying at the Shed, we still feel very glad that we had found this place, it was exactly what we needed. We stayed there for more than 3 months while renovating our home, Susy has been extremely accommodating, flexible with dates and has spoiled us with delicious dinners every once in a while and the occasional banana bread. She is a great host, very lovely person and we would fully recommend the Shed. Parking is private and safe, shared washing machine in garage, small hob and microwave available. Lots of animals around which you can see from the windows. Generally feels very safe and private!

My Aunt and Uncle came all the way from America to attend my wedding and Ann was a great host to have. They arrived earlier than expected but Ann was so understandable and able to accommodate their needs despite the inconvenience. she was patient , kind , responsive and very helpful to us in understanding our new location. could not have gone any better without Ann's help .
