Monthly Rentals in St. Louis

I stayed at this Airbnb for a month and it was very comfortable. The parking in the back was convenient. The shared spaces in the building did not look great, but the actual unit was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked for a long term stay, just could have used a larger pot. There were issues with the air conditioner when I was there but it was replaced. Could use a window air conditioner for the bedroom, especially in the summer as the place gets very hot. The neighborhood was amazing!

Kay was a great host! The space was perfect for my contracted time in STL. The location was perfect for a walk to Tower Grove park for the farmer’s market. Kay left a small packet of places to go, see and eat. This was perfect to get to know the area and what the neighborhood had to offer. Walkable to most neighborhood spots on nice days which was a plus. Short drive to downtown area. Great location and amenities. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was stocked for long term stays which was helpful and thoughtful. If I am back in STL, I would happily stay here again!I felt right at home.

For the month and a half my family and I stayed, we couldn't have been happier with a better host or location to rest our heads. Benjamin was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The place itself was very cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. I would recommend Banjamin, and his place to anyone.

Shauna's place was perfect in everevery way! Cleanliness, location, aamenities, comfort! This place has an amazing location with great walkability to the many different bars and restaurants in the area. Make sure you walk over to Mission Taco Joint, that place has some amazing tacos! The neighborhood was super cute and cozy, everyone was out walking their dogs, going for walks and eating out on the patios. Also while there is no assigned parking we really did not have any trouble finding close parking; even on Saturday when we got back around 11pm and all the bars were having Halloween parties, we found a spot right outside of the gate! Even with all the bars in the area including one right across the street, it was super quiet in the house! We hardly ever heard anything in the house. Be aware that to get to the bedroom you have about a flight and a half of stairs that are slightly steep, otherwise absolutely no complaints! Loved the house, loved the neighborhood, and loved the host!
