The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

We walked right in and felt very much at home. Plenty of space for four of us and a dog. Beds very comfortable and good seating in the living room. The view of the city is stunning and the sunshine on the front porch very welcoming. Lots of pots and pans and roomy kitchen for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elizabeth.

Cozy Little House in Spokane, Convenient Location

Andrew was great. Although we only spent 1 night, any time that we are to spend any amount of time in Spokane (which will be a lot over the summer) we will be a return customer. Plenty of parking, nicely fenced back yard if since we have dogs, interior was very clean, easy to enter into the house. Very easy to find, seemed like a quiet neighborhood. Only minutes on and off I-90. Only suggestion is for anyone reading this, if you want your own gourmet coffee, bring that and a grinder. But, if you want to go to a great coffee stand, the White Dog Coffee drive through coffee stand (5 minutes away) makes killer coffee and veggie breakfast burritos. The cottage Cafe is 5 minutes away, and serves great food. Well worth the $.

I have stayed at Charlaine's place several times now. She does a great job at making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in with a guide for everything, wifi password and complementary snacks and coffee. Her home is quiet and comfortable and it's so nice to have a place to be able to take my kitty each time we do a vet visit for his cancer. She is friendly and welcoming and the space is very spacious. I look forward to staying here each time we need to travel. She has quite a few dishes and cookware as well and the bed is super comfy.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The size and layout were well-thought out and felt super cozy and private. There were also so many thoughtful amenities provided (like makeup wipes and earplugs!). And we walked in to a plate of home-baked cookies in the kitchen 🥹 We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Spokane.

We stayed here because we had a tournament at The Podium and Convention Center and we brought our dog. This place has a huge fenced yard and the house is very comfortable for a family of 4. Instead of staying in a hotel with 1 bathroom, stay at this rental, you will not be disappointed!

We checked in February 21 and stayed for 7 weeks. Communication was excellent, and Gwenyth was super quick to respond to any questions. Home was extremely clean and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. The beds and covers were very comfortable. The house looked exactly like photos and the description was right on. Treats were there for our dog when we arrived as well as a comfy cover.
