This studio apartment was perfect. Clean and presentable, excellent accommodations, close to many restaurants (Wave sushi and grill right downstairs was amazing!!!) Host was cooperative, timely in replying to messages and overall very welcoming! 10/10 would rent form them again!

We had an amazing stay at this fully accessible ADA apartment near downtown! The location is super convenient. Whether you're dining out, shopping, or exploring local attractions, everything is within reach. The apartment was perfect for a short stay, offering everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep easy, and the open floor plan allowed for easy communication. The master bedroom had a luxurious king-size bed with soft memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom’s queen bed was equally comfortable. The primary bathroom was fully ADA-equipped, making it ideal for families with elders or anyone needing extra accessibility. Parking was never an issue—there was plenty of space in the lot if you only have one car. The water was always hot, and the host provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which were much appreciated! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and accessible stay in Spokane!

Fantastic place to stay in Spokane! Close to everything. Jake was super responsive and friendly. Apartment was very clean! I accidentally spilled water all over the floor and when I wiped it up with a paper towel, there was no dirt on it. I was so impressed I made my husband come look at it 😂 We had everything we needed to cook our dinner and make treats. We will definitely be looking this place up on our next Spokane trip!

Best location and clean place to stay. Check-in and check out process was smooth. Everything thing is available in walking distance. On the whole it's a 5 star stay. Jake is an amazing host

hey it might be a little small living. but it is huge in privacy, accuracy of listing, safe being a woman traveling alone, and cannot beat the kindest host! you'll love it. rent it. enjoy it. and definitely hit the pizza place up at least for one meal. I did three! thanks again. you'll see me again!!

Very cute place! The complex itself is modern, clean and with lots of windows. Check in was easy, and the space was clean. I messaged the lister with a question and they responded within 20 minutes. I recommend!

Great place to stay for our family of 3 while visiting our oldest in Spokane! Very comfortable and easy to travel to other parts of the city.

It feels like we found our "home away from home" when we're working in Spokane. Jerry and Natasha were friendly and super helpful. They also made great local for recommendations for our team. Will come back again!!!

This property was perfect for our family gathering of 9 adults and 4 kids! We had plenty of space to relax and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!
