Was a great stay the host was very communicative only problem I had was they tried to kick me out at 10 at night saying I left the door open which led to the lobby getting robbed but it wasn’t me and the host helped me figure out the situation

Coolest spot! Next to great breakfast spots within walking distance, and the modular living space was awesome! Loved our stay!

Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

The host was great and so was the house. Any questions I had Kim responded to right away. The house is in a nice spot and the lake access is a great bonus. It’s amazing that grocery stores and restaurants are right up the road because you feel so secluded. The house is definitely an older home but it has been updated sufficiently, but you will still see some aspects of the older house (which isn’t a bad thing). I pretty much only used upstairs except one night I had a family member stay downstairs and another Ac unit could probably be used down there. I suppose this would only be relevant during the hot hot months though. Last but certainly not least. Easiest checkout instructions I’ve had with a rental. This hose doesn’t ask a lot of you which is nice. I’ve had some where they expect alot

Nicely remodeled kitchen and baths. Really liked the craftsman woodwork. Although we didn't use the outdoor kitchen, it was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. The location is convenient as it’s just a 5 minute drive to downtown and it’s close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable (yes, I tried all of them for at least 2 minutes). I stayed here with adult friends, but as a father, I think the full sized bunk beds (with a third one that pulls out) are great for the little ones. As a bidet advocate, I felt right at home with the Tushy attachment in the upstairs bathroom. Lastly, the lion fish kept us company while we watched episodes of South Park. Chris and Briana were very responsive and welcoming! I’d gladly stay here again and recommend to friends!

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!

Such a nice peaceful stay. Very quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was amazing for my sore body. Everyone was comfy and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot for my job and this is one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in. Exactly as pictured, the house is super clean, the recliners are amazing and it has a great outdoor space. A super location for a Spokane stay and John is super responsive!

An absolute gem, well worth the price. Rick and Gail are very warm and friendly. They have also been flexible in meeting our needs, since we are displaced from our home for an unknown length of time. The beautiful views and peaceful setting are just what we need after six months of uncertain and stressful living conditions, and we couldn't be happier to have found this place.
