Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spokane County

We stayed just 1 night as we drove through between Seattle and Montana. The place is brand new and in perfect condition. Very night kitchen and night touches with coffee and garage to park. The neighborhood is very quiet and all new builds and seemed to be very safe. The owner was very responsive when we booked and when we asked for a late check out to finish our work calls and clean the house. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable with memory foam toppers.

Jon was amazing and very personable. The house was an amazing blessing. Waaaay better than any motel. Anytime we need a place to stay in Spokane, this will be our spot. Hosts don't get better than Jon!

Julie’s place was perfect for my trip! Beautiful home with nice amenities and being so close to downtown made it easy to get around!

I have stayed here multiple times for work trips and I love staying in this house! It was really warm and cozy when it was very cold outside. I will definitely stay here again.

Probably our favorite of 5 Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in visiting Spokane. Bedrooms were large, basement was great for watching tv and hanging out, upstairs lovely and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped so I was able to make our Thanksgiving meal for four of us. Hope to return.

Everything was great. If I have a criticism it is the backyard is overgrown and the side fence is down. However, since it is currently freezing outside it didn’t affect my stay.

Tirza’s place was comfortable, clean, and the decor/vibe was so cute. We felt at home here! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was accommodating for our larger group. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Deb's place was a perfect spot for a very quick work trip. the house is absolutely adorable. so clean. so warm and honey. very modern and updated. the location is centrally located making it easy to get around town. Debra was easy to communicate with and got back to almost immediately when I had questions. I would absolutely use her place again!

This is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. The studio is nicely decorated with a great bathroom and shower. Harland provides a dedicated parking spot - it was a little tight for our mid size SUV, but appreciated.

The place was great! More room than I was expecting. I liked the kitchen area and a good amount of amenities. The bathroom was clean and pretty spacious. The host was also very fast at communicating when clarify anything or answering my question. Would definitely stay here again and also appreciated that it was pet friendly!! My pups enjoyed their stay as well!

Roxi was a great hostess. I had a few questions along the way, and she was always quick to respond. She was able to accommodate my check in and check out timing needs, too. I needed a kitchen I could cook in, and though the space is small, it is comfortable and well equipped. I had everything I needed. i loved being across the street from Huckleberry's, too. I'd stay again for sure!

Charlaine’s place is in a great location with a private drive and lovely landscaping! It’s spacious and has great personal touches including a basket of snacks and breakfast items/a coffee station, a large apt fridge and other cooking appliances. Beds are comfy and the bathroom has a nice variety of toiletries and the softest towels! We have stayed twice and I highly recommend her as a top-notch host!

This place was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was super clean, quiet, and felt like a private place. Lots of beautiful artwork throughout and had a very homey feel. Host was super nice, accommodating, and replied quickly. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in Spokane!

We were thrilled to find Tiffany’s place available for the night we had plans in Spokane! It was walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants The Onion, and The Spokane Comedy Club where we had tickets for a show. She was quick to respond when we had trouble finding the garage entrance and was friendly in all proceeding interactions. The condo was beautiful! The windows and view are incredible! Decor is chic and elegant, but still functional and cozy. All necessary amenities were provided for our short stay. We really appreciated the noise machine, as it is downtown and can be noisy. The safety of the parking garage gave us peace of mind during our stay, and we loved being able to walk everywhere! Next time we stay in Spokane, this will be our first choice!

This studio apartment was perfect. Clean and presentable, excellent accommodations, close to many restaurants (Wave sushi and grill right downstairs was amazing!!!) Host was cooperative, timely in replying to messages and overall very welcoming! 10/10 would rent form them again!

Cassidy’s place was very nice for what I needed. Close to my work site, clean and a quiet place with easy info for check in/out. Would stay again if in Spokane.

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

We loved the house. Just the right size for the 2 of us and our 5 pugs. It was warm when we were there, but the windows didn't open. But there was a portable AC unit that made the room very comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the Roku. Tiffany was gracious to come to the apartment and show us how to use the TV. The bed was comfortable. I would suggest some sort of curtain on the double doors to the bedroom to block the light from the TV. The apartment is very cozy and clean. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. The old growth tree lined streets was my favorite. I would highly recommend staying here. Tiffany is great host and very prompt with communication. I would definitely stay again. Beautiful homes and neighborhood.

Very beautiful! Only advise would be to bring a couple fans if staying while it’s very warm out. Space is comfortable and had everything you need! Stocked kitchen and extra linens. Host is very responsive. We forgot some clothes and she even mailed them to me which was so wonderful!

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

I stayed two months with Tom and Megan. My boys and I had a blast roaming the trails and being close to nature. Tom and Megan were accommodating and helpful. We appreciated our time in the Moose Lodge.

I absolutely loved staying here. it was perfectly tucked away from all the business of Spokane yet close enough that no matter where I was going it wws 20 mins and under away. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows too. Having a comfortable bed and pillows is always a great bonus when traveling and here you hit the jackpot. I had questions that were answered honestly and quickly before booking and I appreciated all the help. Recommend staying here, and look forward to future visits.
