Condo vacation rentals in Spokane County

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. It’s conveniently located to several restaurants, fast food places, and grocery stores. Plus there’s a large field and playground at the end of the street. Everything is well maintained and clean. Tyler and Jenny are friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was fantastic Considering our disastrous stay at another location, we were a little skeptical going in - but our stay here totally changed our minds about Airbnb. This place was super quiet, super clean, and super easy to get to. The messages we received heading in were welcoming and helpful. It’s a cute 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit that has a large kitchen, large tv room, and comfortable beds. The location has everything you would need. Everything from extra towels, to extra bedding, to games, books, kitchen appliances, cookware, baby highchair, fans, portable heaters, closet space, … the list goes on and on. A neighbor actually came out when we first arrived and showed us the parking and welcomed us. As a personal note on this… we were there to drop our daughter off at school. Having a comfortable place to come and go as we pleased, that was safe and reliable - was beyond appreciated. We will absolutely be staying again.

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

I had the pleasure to stay here while on contract for work. I stayed between September and December. When I had any questions/concerns Tiffany was very responsive in responding. It is a beautiful older home condo. It does creak, but it did not bother me. I worked night shift so my only issue was attempting to sleep during the daytime with other tenets leaving/entering the complex, since the bedroom is located next to the main entry door. All in all, I would stay here again!

Very peaceful area and a relaxing getaway from life around buildings. Overall a great experience with a very comfortable bed that was hard to get out of😅

This spot is right in the middle of a good neighborhood and has great local spots around town! Perfect for new travelers and also for just a night or weekend away. Nathan is great at communicating and very friendly and helpful!

Great property at a super location. Jeff is really responsive and helpful. second time I've stayed there and not gonna be the last.

The apartment was a good value for our short stay to see a Gonzaga basketball game. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the parking was easy. We did have an issue with a circuit breaker that popped twice, disabling the Keurig coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator, though none were in use at the time. Fortunately the electrical panel is inside the living room and I was able to reset it both times. We would happily stay here again.

The Brooklyn was perfect for our stay. We had a procedure and needed to be close to the hospital and the place was perfect. Mori was very responsive and met all our needs. She even ordered new pots and pans for the place. It was the perfect home away from home. Everything you need to be comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious (something you don’t realize you need until you do - post operation need the space to maneuver), if you need a place that is easily accessible to the hospital, downtown, and close to the freeway this is the place. Wonderful and safe place.

Gabriela's place was perfect for our family! The 2-car garage was nice to have for loading & unloading, and the fenced backyard was great for our dog! We had everything we needed to make food for the holidays. Thank you for the nice place you have! We enjoyed our time there - very cozy and relaxing.

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

This is a unique location and a terrific opportunity to stay somewhere out of the way and relax. The condo is a small space but it is cleverly organized and perfectly comfortable, with all the supplies one could need. I feel super lucky to have found this option and am grateful to Shara and family for making it available. Communication was excellent - Shara truly went above and beyond to make sure the trip was a great success at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Kristin's place had all the amenities. It was small but we knew that going into the reservation. We enjoyed having wifi and we had great memories during our winter holiday. We appreciate Kristin opening her place to us over the week as it is difficult to find a place to stay at Mt Spokane.
