A lovely spacious flat with great sea views, would highly recommend to anyone looking to book. We had a great 2 night stay with a short journey to the pier. Also went to an unreal Turkish restaurant called Prowse just a 10 minute walk from the flat which I’d also recommend if that’s your cup of tea. Only minor thing about the flat which I hope gets sorted is the cupboard above the coffee machine is broken and nearly fell on my head… open at your own risk! Thanks for hosting us and hope to be back 👍🏻

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

We had an amazing time at Mark and Sonya's place! It's beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend.

Cosy little cottage with lovely views

We had a lovely 4 days away celebrating my mother in-laws 70th. Antonina's hospitality was great, the house was spotless and she had even prepped the Swim spa which we weren't expecting to be available. The house had everything we needed for our break. Thank you.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

We had a lovely new year stay at this lovely property which was a stone throw from the beach and also Whitstable high street. The house was ideal with high end finishes throughout. Terry was a great host - quick to respond and friendly and went the extra mile with check out

Krista is a very responsive and helpful host and her house was comfortable, clean and extremely conveniently located- approx 50m walk from the coast path, and about the same distance in the other direction from the high street (Harbour Street) with its interesting shops and some great restaurants. Great sea view from the lounge and nice en-suites with good showers to the two bedrooms. The house’s parking space is a real bonus too. Although it was late January and “bracing” outside, we did a couple of very enjoyable early morning walks along the coast path from the house, stopping for a coffee in town or at Keith’s. It’s an interesting coast line with lots of history. Public transport is close by in Harbour Street and buses to Canterbury and beyond are frequent even in Winter. We had evening dinner at the Lazy Lobster and Harbour Street tapas both of which we found really good. We also had a nice lunch at the characterful Old Neptune pub on the beach about 15 mins walk away.

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the spotless cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The decor was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. Belinda went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing everything I could possibly need—from a fully equipped kitchen to luxurious linens and toiletries. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from the train station. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that Belinda genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. Communication with Belinda was smooth and easy, with quick responses. The flat was an amazing place to stay for a few days as a family with 2 kids. The flat exceeded all expectations - the space was beautifully decorated and practical. The views were amazing. Nikki was the perfect host - extremely communicative, responsive and couldn’t do enough for us to make our trip very special. We can’t recommend this property and Nikki highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is beautiful, provided everything we needed and we appreciated all the items made available to us. Christie is a fantastic host and we felt very welcomed. The location is excellent - a 15 mins walk from the train station with a great selection of shops and restaurants and so close to the beach and pier. Perfect location for the town and for the beach. Parking always within a short walk. Apartment is well equipped and surprisingly spacious.
