Once again a lovely visit whenever I come down to the grays area this is the best apartment to be in everything was great and very clean and great communication with host .

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Lovely clean apartment, plenty of space for us all!! A pleasant stay, I'd definitely come back if we return to the area.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here, always a pleasure being hosted by Daria. The place feels like home with many thoughtful touches and would highly recommend to all guests!

Great stay, lovely place and location. The perfect place to explore Whitstable from. The beach, lovey pubs and cafes all super close. Really good, quick communication from the hosts as well.

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

Louise and Neal are great hosts. Very professional, responsive and friendly. They went out of the way to sort out radiator and hot water requirements to make our stay even more comfortable.

Richard was very professional and welcoming in assisting with extra luggage during checking. The apartment is in immaculate condition from start to finish. All the basic facilities were available which made stay more homely. It was an overall positive experience and I would highly recommend to others for future stay.

We had a wonderful stay for a New Year getaway... the property is perfectly situated a short walk from Canterbury city centre. The flat was comfortable and well equipped (the welcome hamper and Christmas puddings were an unexpected treat!). Kristina was a responsive host and very quickly resolved our slight check-in difficulty - we were very impressed! Would highly recommend Kristina's flat and would consider returning if we are back in Canterbury again. Thank you.

Our stay at Mia’s place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Everything was clean and as described, and she provided clear instructions for how to access everything.

Loved our stay at this little apartment. Tamara was a super responsive, helpful and generous host! The cosy apartment had everything we needed, with comfy beds, all the necessities and a cute little book shop downstairs. The location is great with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops close by and the beach a short walk away. Eleventy out of ten from the three of us. 🙏🏻

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

This was our second stay we enjoyed the first stay so much. Tim's place truly is a gem in Whitstable!

had a great time with my partner. found the place easily and had no issues getting in. rooms were clean/tidy. i noticed some plates were left oily by previous guests so we had to wash them extra after arrival. nothing major, just something that cleaning could get informed about next time in case a guest doesn't take proper care of the utensils/plates. this airbnb has about everything you could ever need. even if you can't find it, it's there, just look harder! any case you can ask britt-marie if you need something very specific - she's extremely helpful and responsive - or rely on the blue info folder she provides for guests in the living room (READ IT!). the area is lovely and quiet. travelling can be very time-consuming and pricey after a while so make sure you have the time and budget to book this place if you need to go centre often. it is still a way better/more affordable option than most airbnbs you'll find in/around london though. 10/10 worth it! best airbnb for a couple :)

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, Riz, the host, even bought new mattresses for the second bedroom. The location was ideal for our needs—close to public transport, restaurants and super markets. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful tips. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches and attention made us feel like a home away from home. If you are driving, the parking bay is the best you could ever dream of. Highly recommend this gem—I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful cosy apartment in peaceful location close to all amenities. I stayed nearly two weeks (for work), found it very comfortable and homely, spacious, and well enough equipped to cook each day. Highly recommended. Excellent communication from Naith and easy check in too.
