Our second stay and once again a great place. Clean and great location. Excellent communication from host and value for money.

Lovely stay at Lincoln's - gorgeous space and garden and perfect for our visit, host was very communicative and helpful, quick walk to town centre - would stay again for sure!

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Beautiful house in a perfect location! We had a fabulous weekend and loved the property. Very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Garden is a wonderful sun trap. Location couldn’t be more perfect. Just off the Main Street with all the shops, cafes etc and a couple of minutes from the beach. Ideal! Very responsive owners made everything super easy. Thank you.

Tara is a great host and it was really nice to stay at her airbnb. Had great moments by relaxing the firepit after busy days out! Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Georgina's beautiful cottage. The proximity to the seafront was ridiculously close, the instructions for the house were word-perfect, we didn't need for anything, and she was prompt and happy to respond to any requests we had. Would not hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be coming back!

Pristinely clean bungalow right next to the seafront. Fully accessible for those who need it, with wider walkways and doorways for wheelchair users. Little garden out the back for the dog, and space for two cars on the front drive. A stone’s throw from the promenade and beach, this place is a must for well behaved dog owners. Fiona was a great host, friendly and responsive, and the bungalow has been set up so it’s super easy to get in and use the facilities.

Great place to stay, right by the beach with easy access out the back door avoiding all roads. Great for kids. Parking on site was an added bonus. Patricia was the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway! We had a fantastic weekend – a really memorable break for all of us. I travelled with my three daughters and two grandchildren, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The caravan felt like a home from home, providing all the comfort we needed for a stress-free stay. Its cosy, well-equipped interior made settling in so easy, and we instantly felt relaxed. The location was perfect – right next to the beach, which was a big hit with the kids, and the site itself had excellent amenities. Everything we needed was right there.. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway! We would love to come back …..

We had the most wonderful stay at Parkdean, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the very beginning, the host's communication was absolutely top-notch – clear, friendly, and super efficient. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for our whole trip. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more – we genuinely couldn't believe the amazing value for money. For the price we paid, we got so much more than we expected! It's rare to find somewhere that offers both quality and affordability, but this place really nails it. The whole experience felt like a little slice of luxury without the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway that doesn’t break the bank, this is it. We’re already planning our next visit!

We wanted a short getaway for a night away with kids we found nicks Airbnb and booked for the night and was extremely happy with the stay 5*

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

What an incredible location! We loved the sea views and being able to walk into Herne bay for an ice cream so easily. You had everything we needed and were so helpful if we ran into any problems. Don’t miss visiting this gem if you get the chance!

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

Two families stayed at Terry and Shirlie’s beautiful home. We had such a wonderful time there. The minute you walk in, everything is clean and fresh. Every single detail has been thought out from the lamps, to the mirrors, it’s really wonderful. You can see so much care has gone into their home. The location is brilliant and the list of recommendations for food and local amenities is so good. Terry was so brilliant at replying back so quickly and also really helped us out with a flexible check in/ out too. I would highly recommend staying here and we had 3 children with us. Thank you so much Terry and Shirlie!
